Great location, right on Michigan ave and across from the cloud gate. Close to the magnificent mile. Lobby was very nice and has a restaurant/bar. Room was clean and updated, bathroom was also very nice. Room has a fridge as well.

Like other reviews, the heat/air did blow directly on the bed but personally liked that!

Facilities and location

The room was not ready at check-in time. They gave us a different room that was a lower tier than the upgraded room we booked.

Room had a fantastic view of Grant Park and central location on Michigan Avenue.

Little bit of noise transfer between rooms. I think it is the metal transition at the window that is not acoustically rated.

The bed and pillows were great. The gowns, steamer, bar fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and umbrella was a nice addition. Location is amazing - basically across the road from Millenium Park, 15mins walk to the Navy peer, you can walk up Michigan to the Mag Mile, River Walk is just a few blocks away. Waterberry and Eggys are just up the road for breakfast and lunch. We really enjoyed out stay.

Felt tricked by staff who said we could check in early but then failed to mention that there was a charge also gave us a free drink which wasn’t actually free!

Location and size

Room faced a wall of a building BUT I realized after one day there, that we were out all day, exhausted at night and didn’t even look out.

One front desk staff member (female) was beyond lovely and helped a lot.

The staff. Non polite and not well prepared. The check-in was at 4 pm and check out at 11 AM ( so unfair!). Our room - at 5 pm on the 2nd day - was not cleaned by the cleaner. We asked twice to the reception without success. Then we spoke with the manager.
