The view! The Ambiance of the facility the way the staff was being kind and greeting you and wanting to help you and giving you the best of everything that you had asked for.

The burger restaurant was an open which is my absolute favorite but past that everything else was excellent!

De grootte van de kamer en de aanwezigheid van een lobbybar. Ook de ligging is geweldig. Veel leuke en goede restaurants en breakfast locaties in de buurt. Tripadvisor is daarin een heel goed hulp.

De receptionist koos er voor om een soort onverstaanbaar afro-amerikaans taalgebruik te hanteren. Gewoon niet te volgen en te verstaan, toch bleef hij gewoon doorgaan. Gewoon waardeloos en niet passend bij een dergelijk duur hotel. Wat echter nog veel waardelozer was, was het feit dat we dagelijkse "Destination Fee" moesten betalen van € 25,-- p.p. per dag. Dus het dure hotel werd nog veel duurder. Ergo, het bedrag op de site van Booking.com komt niet overeen met het gefactureerde bedrag. Na een beetje doorvragen werden we ineens te woord gestaan door een nog chagrijniger type, die min of meer dreigende taal begon te gebruiken. Een flink getatoeëerde receptionist die mij gaat bedreigen kan gewoon echt niet !!!

There is nothing to like about this hotel besides the location.

This was my first time staying at Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk and the entire experience was awful. I booked the Illinois Suite for three of my friends and I for one night, July 20-21. The only reason we choose that room was because it had two double beds, one queen pull out sofa and a kitchenette. When we arrived to the property we were greeted with not very friendly attitude from the front desk person. We knew our room probably wasn't ready yet since we arrived around 11am. The front desk person said that they are completely booked and we now have a room with one king bed, but he offered two rollaway beds. Which we were not happy with but we had no choice so we agreed to go with it. We left our bags since the room wasn't ready and went about our day. When we returned back to the hotel after receiving the text, our room was ready. When we checked in I told the front desk that I wanted to make sure that we have at least 3 beds in the room since that was what I booked, he said that most likely they can only bring one rollaway bed due to safety and that we only have one king in the room. We got to our room and it was regular king size bed room, not a suite. I went back to the front desk to address it that it was just a room not a suite and that we need extra beds since there was four of us staying there. I got a big attitude from a third person I was dealing with. I asked to speak to a manager, the person said that the manager wasn't there at the moment. He said that it's a suite we just need to open the joining room door to the living room area which requires another key that we never received. He said that he'll work and the extra beds. I've waited another hour... no beds were delivered. I called the service desk and asked for the beds again and extra bedding. The lady apologized and said she's gonna put it on rush.

The location is great.

The restaurants close early and cos of parking is way too high.

My room has no refrigerator and the shower sink was moving out of walls plus next door inside room was very lowed and they were your hotel’s employees who stay there at night and dad door between us and them . This is my third in that hotel and I never paid that much money all my life .

Close to the water and all stuff we’re very very helpful .
