Our third year stay at this property was another one filled with fun and relaxation. The house is clean, comfortable and a great layout. Pool is exactly what’s needed after a morning at the beach….and heated! The management team and owners are quick to reach out to ensure our stay was going well - and this year we had the added bonus of a bonfire on the beach!! Core memories made with that one. We’ll definitely continue our tradition with this house - it’s quickly becoming our home away from home. ♥️

We had a great stay at Magnolia Cottage! The location is awesome, the house is big and roomy, and the kitchen was well-equipped considering we were doing some turkey-cooking. I’ve stayed in this house before with a large friend reunion group, and it’s just as accommodating with 14 people as it was with the 5 of us plus a baby. We were able to spread out and yell at the football game on Saturday without waking up the baby! We had the pool heated which was fun for a dip. The rental company was excellent to work with which makes it nice!

Easy check in and check out. Had everything we needed for our stay in a very clean home. Convenient walk to beach, etc. great location. Golf cart was very handy to have access to. Everything was great. thank you !

We loved our stay at Magnolia cottage.We have 8 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room.The golf cart was great and defiantly needed getting to the beach. We loved the bond fire.The kids had so much fun as we ate s’mores and watched the sunset. Great trip!!!

The house was great for our big family group of 11—plenty of seating and dining space, nice bedrooms, and a great location. Everyone enjoyed having the pool, and the golf-cart and bikes were a big help!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The home is one block off the main road of Grayton Beach. Memorial Day weekend was very busy but then the rest of the week, the area was much quieter and less crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the easy access to the house (just a few steps). The open floor plan is perfect for a large group. The pool provided a nice alternative to the beach for our little ones. Having the bicycles and golf cart were an added bonus for traveling around 30A and made it very easy to get to the beach, restaurants and the local market. The owners were very responsive, and their communication was wonderful. We would definitely stay at the Magnolia Cottage again!

We stayed with 11 family members and we all had plenty of space. The house is very large compared to the way it looks from the front. Just be aware that the upstairs shared bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms, so that could be an issue for adults at night. The common areas are well thought out and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and grill each day. Excellent quality beds and linens. I would definitely return!!! Also, we had a prompt and excellent response from owner with a couple minor issues and questions. Golf cart is top notch, as are the bikes.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! If we are able to get together in the future for another girls' trip to Florida, your property will be our first choice! I could probably fill a couple of pages with all that we loved about our stay -- the amenities, smooth check-in and check-out, location -- were all perfect. Just a couple of notes, fyi; there were some of those souvenir pressed pennies stuck in the bottom of the washing machine (not ours), and the ceiling fan didn't seem to work in the pool access bedroom on the left. We stayed here for much needed girls trip and had an absolute blast. The house was amazing, communication with the host was perfect and location was just amazing! The golf cart helped with our pregnant ladies and bikes were an added bonus. Walking to restaurants & beach was easy! Will definitely stay here for future trips!

This was our second year staying at the property and it was just as perfect as our first! A few additions we noticed - blankets to cozy in and board games to play after a long day at the beach. This house is clean, a great layout and has super responsive (and friendly!) owners. Highly recommend to any family and friends looking for a great spot at one of the best beaches in the US!

Magnolia Cottage was just perfect for our family. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and well-appointed. The two large dining tables were ideal for hosting other visiting family members. When a group gathered to watch World Cup soccer, the living room area was the perfect place. The three first floor bedrooms were down a hallway from the living room area, providing quiet space for those who wanted it. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for our preschool grandkids and their parents. The master bedroom was huge and the bed so comfy. We loved the spacious front porch nestled in the magnolia and oak trees. The golf cart was a wonderful perk that was used several times each day and it was so nice to have bikes provided. Can’t stop without mentioning the quality of the bath towels; so thick and fluffy, the best of any place we have stayed. We hope to be back!!

Our group had a wonderful time at Grayton beach in this beautiful, spacious home. The house was perfect for 3 couples, 3 toddlers, and infant. We all had enough space to spread out with plenty of bedrooms and beds to sleep comfortably and the dining space and living area had ample seatings for everyone to dine and hang out together. The house furniture was also very toddler and baby friendly that we felt comfortable letting our kids explore without having to worry. The heated pool was also a big hit with our group. We were walking distance to the beach but the 6-person golf cart was instrumental in making our trek to the beach everyday very smooth and effortless, allowing us to pack up our beach gears without having to carry it all to the beach. The bikes were also a nice addition. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking in a breeze. We were also very close to other dining options that we easily walked with the kids to eat out a few times. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this house to any visitors to Grayton beach!

Magnolia Cottage was a perfect fit for our family's needs. There was plenty of space for 11 of us. The location was ideal, the walk to the beach was short and enjoyable. The golf cart was great for trips to neighboring towns. The grandchildren loved the pool!

This house is massive, so much bigger than it looks in the photos! It housed 15 of us no problem for a week. It was extremely clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive. The golf cart was a fantastic amenity to have on hand as the beach is slightly a trek - not that far per se but with a bunch of kids and stuff to haul in the July heat it was certainly a lifesaver. Be aware that beach service isn’t available on this beach so you will have to haul your own chairs/umbrellas/etc. The pool was great to have, especially as the weather the week we went was very unsettled. My only recommendation for improvements would be a second fridge (as there were so many of us and we cooked often one fridge just wasn’t enough) and having a mosquito treatment done regularly. Overall gorgeous house you won’t regret renting. Hope to rent from these owners again!

What a refreshing time with family!

This home is absolutely stunning. We’ve been going to Grayton Beach for 10 years and this house was probably our favorite. Huge open floor plan and kitchen. It has plenty of bedrooms and a very nice pool. Comes with bicycles and golf cart which made it very convenient getting around town. Great place!
