The house was spotless and a great hub for our family to visit the nearby natural wonders on day trips. We visited White Pocket, Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon, and hit Valley of Fire on the way from Vegas. Thank you!!!

Great location, perfect for all the national parks, Kanab has everything you need from restaurants to shopping. Our property manager was always available and so helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely recommend this property and stay here again

We only stayed for 3 nights, but this house was set up perfectly for our family of 4. Kitchen was set up wonderfully with everything you could possibly need. Enough room for my teenagers to do their teenager things. Excellent location to see the beautiful parks in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

We work at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon quite a bit and need a good base of operations and a place to rest after long days. This home suited our needs quite well.

We enjoyed our rental . The patio was large and such a plus for the warm weather we experienced. The neighborhood was quiet and our property was beautifully landscaped. The kitchen was fully equipped and we bought unnecessary items before checking in. The layout of the home is wonderful. We did not hear anyone if they were not sitting together. The property had a cooler, frozen ice pack and ample luggage racks which were nice touches for vacationers.

This couldn't have been a more perfect location. Day trips included Zion National Park, Badlands National Park and Wall Drug, Glen Canyon/Lake Powell, Pink Coral Sand Dunes State Park, Moqui Cave and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and The North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Having this home to come back to in the evenings to rest up for the next day was awesome! This house has everything you need for your home away from home!

This is our second stay at this lovely house, and we hope to come back again. It's beautifully appointed, meticulously maintained, and well laid out. It has all the amenities we needed for our 6 night stay. Its location is great for day trips to Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion National Parks. We especially enjoyed coming home after our day trips to wine, cheese and dinner on the deck with its stunning views of the nearby red cliffs. Our only suggestion is for an umbrella for the deck table to shield guests from the late afternoon sun.

Clean. Nice layout. Updated furnishings. Good kitchen cookware & utensils. Great communication with management/owners. Loved the central location to all the parks.

This home is the most comfortable vrbo we have ever stayed in. The cleanliness and decor were perfect. The layout with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house is great. All of the extras like condiments and spices to dryer sheets and blow dryers were so nice. We enjoyed our stay so much it was sad to leave. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kanab!

This property is in a great location on the outskirts of Kanab. Easy access to all major outdoor activities. Nice hiking trail close by if you want to unwind a bit. The house is well-appointed and very comfortable.

This house was great for us. Very clean and spacious. We made day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon. We would love to come back and stay here again for a longer stay and enjoy more of what this area has to offer.

We started our 7 days road trips to visit the National Parks from LasVegas. We went to Arches National Park, The Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park, Antelope Canyon, Bryce and Zion. We stayed here for three nights and it was perfect just to relax and unwind from the long road trip. This place made us feel right at home.

This home was terrific - very clean, well appointed, super location. The binder full of suggestions for activities in the whole Southern Utah area was comprehensive and an excellent one! It got a lot of use as we planned our days!

Location of property was great, house was spacious and pretty clean, the cleaning / property management came over as we were arriving saying it wasnt completely ready even though it was after check in time, they needed to fix the beds because the carpet was supposed to be cleaned but wasn’t ?? It was fine though we didn’t mind fixing the beds. I would also suggest they have more board game options to play.. they only had two to choose from. Also, upon arrival the driveway and walks were not shoveled and left with pure ice making it a hazard. It was not fresh snow and appeared to be there for a couple days so there was no reason this couldn’t have been taken care of prior to our arrival or at-least leave a shovel on the property so we could’ve shoveled it. Other than all of that it was clean, cozy and great to watch the hot air balloons from the comfort of the home during the balloons and tune’s festivities. Thanks for allowing us into your home.

Immaculate, well cared for perfect base for our adventures. Easy drive to antelope canyon, and hiking trailheads. The home is lovely and well stocked for making meals and relaxing after hiking and adventures. The mattresses were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We planned a week at various parks to celebrate our 34th anniversary. Kanab was perfectly situated between everything we planned to do and the house was beautiful. A great place to relax when ready with ever needed.

We loved this home. I was perfect for our stay during Grand Circle Trailfest. It was so nice to come home to a cozy home after a long drive and tough run. The view of beautiful sunsets with the thunderstorm clouds was a nice bonus. We would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Kanab.

This house had everything we needed for our stay in Kanab. From this home base we were able to visit Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Grand Escalante, Grand Canyon, Vermillion Cliffs, Peek A Boo Slot Canyon and Bryce Canyon in five days.

This home is well located for hiking enthusiasts who appreciate Northern Arizona and Southern Utah and the incredible variety of adventures available. The home is in a new quiet neighborhood and easy to find. It had all the amenities and space we look for in a vacation rental. I especially liked the fact that they don’t wait to the last minute to give you the lock box code. You really can’t go wrong with this home.

This home is located in a great place to visit several parks within an hour or two, including Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon. The house is very well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Setting is fantastic, and Kanab is a great little town. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed in.

amazing home to stay in. perfect place to use as a launchpad to all the sights of southern Utah. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed for a week and work remotely. One disappointing thing is that there is a house being built behind an it really does interrupt the beautiful red rock.
