Night staff was super friendly and morning staff in charge of breakfast as well
Check out staff was short and to the point didn't even let me get to the counter before they were asking what room I was checking out of nor did they ask how the stay was on our way out didn't try to conversate or ask us if we had had any issues. The night we checked in one of the beds had dirty duvets and blankets walked down stairs and was offered clean ones that I had to change out myself we had a 2 night stay i was just tired after a 14 hour drive and just wanted to relax. The pool had plastic cups, I'm assuming, were left by other guests on the sides and no clean towels for when getting out in the pools designated area. The next morning cleaning staff did not even knock on the door even tho there was sound clearly coming from the room, everyone was decent, but they entered saw us there and walked out. My brother went out to the hall to let them know we did need some more clean towels as there were 4 of us and not enough they promised to come back and never did. I was able to get clean towels from the gentleman wprking the front desk on the second night there on our way in. Will not be staying here again. It's weird to see the difference in attitudes when shifts change. To the night staff and to the lady working breakfast, thank you for your attention. That was literally the only welcoming part of this experience. Morning staff, if you weren't so rushed to get people out and listen to them, you would have been made aware of these inconveniences in a mannerly fashion.

it was a roof for my family because of people cheating the government
mold and my fiancé has stage 4 copd and the air conditioner was full of dirt ask last night for a different room was told no that they was full and when I called it wasn’t it’s as if they think I’m lying so we slept with the ac off until I cleaned it some they didn’t even offer to clean the mold off so it’s still there and you can see that it was just covered over other caulk and we just found out they charged us Almost 2 grand so twin lakes is not the only one that will keep you homeless and main stay make fun of kids weight and guess what same owners I know I’m fed up with these people everyone that don’t have numbers because they changing their names in different forms zolayka this one is for you

4 suit blazers were accidentally left in room and to be shipped to me which they said was in room and then after sending shipping label I was told they were not found in room.

Over priced was charged for breakfast. They closed the breakfast down at 8:30 am. Gave me a room on a uncompleted floor. And gave me a room key to a preoccupied room.

Pool was closed ,still because of covid 19 .I have had my covid 19 shot I think you all should open Pool.

The beds was very comfortable
I didn’t like when I arrived the trash can was overwhelming with trash. My room still has liquid residual on nightstand and when leaving at check out place still was not cleaned from previous day. Trash cans in breakfast area disgusting. This location was not clean at all...
