The shower curtain was too short and water ran on the floor

Clean facility, good value (got a deal on Booking) and I like the location. I felt safe in the area and food choices were easily accessible.

The only complaint I have is the the pillows are a bit too soft for my liking but I still had a good night’s sleep.

Very friendly staff. Room was laid out nicely. Very comfortable and Clean.

This is Not a pet Friendly hotel. The room was approximately $111 and the ADDITIONAL pet surcharge was ANOTHER $100 + $25 for one night stay cleaning! There is NO way this room was worth over $200. I can fully understand a Deposit in case a pet causes damage. However My hypoallergenic Goldendoodle sheds 0% and it you didn’t know it - could never tell a dog was even in the room. Overall the main areas were very dirty from the boots of workers staying there and only one elevator working. TV in room and phone to call for repair not plugged in. Floor lamp broken and leaning over. The toilet bowl was permanently stained/scratched. When I checked in the pet charge was waived after I received communication from Booking. HOWEVER after. checking out I was charged regardless. When I followed up with the hotel mgmt - they said there must be a delay in their communications but did Not apologize for anything. Will NEVER stay in a Townplace suite and possibly never any hotel linked to this corporation.
