Experience was good. Encountered no issues checking in at 11pm. Location is convenient and located near outlet mall, with plenty of restaurants around.

Light inside door flickered like a strobe. Sink did not drain. TV would not stay on. Phone did not work to call down stairs. Used cell phone to call downstairs and was told to unplug the TV to see if it reset. It did not. Overall disappointing

My difficulty was the front desk personnel insisting that I fill out a paper form with my credit card. I objected and she said that she would not take my credit card without it. I’m concerned about security of my information. My business partner stayed at hotel. I went with him to pay for the room. She said my credit card was required on a paper form in order to take it. I’ve been travel and paying for business trips and never had this problem. There are seven hotel choices at this location. I won’t be back to Comfort Suites.

This is a very nice hotel. It is close to the outlet mall into other shopping areas. The hotel was very clean and modern. My room was huge! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The sofa bed was unusable. Springs felt through tiny mattress. The beds were very hard and no extra padding available. Friendly staff.

The property was clean and comfortable as usual. Only concern was when one of the desk clerks was unconcerned about us becoming members. We inquired and she dismissed it to the internet. We were hoping to recieve some type of literature. I am in the process of considering a church visitation to this facility but will not until i am a member.

It was a family vacation and the hotel was nice. It was very clean and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the room was big enough for my boys to run around. The hot breakfast is always a plus and the food was good. My boys loved the waffle machine. Overall I was very pleased with this hotel.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. Very clean with lots of room for us. I loved the area s it's all walking distance from the Tangler Outlets and restaurants. Definitely looking forward to going back!

We actually stayed April 11th for a surgery the next day. Checked out early April 12th and when discharged from hospital decided to come back here for sat night, april13th, because we lived 3.5 hrs away and felt like it would be safer to stay close by to the Kenner Hosp I had surgery at. The people were so nice at the hotel, making sure they gave me a first floor room and just beyond the front desk so I wouldn’t have to go far. They were so nice thurs night and that is what made our decision to go back after discharge from hospital. Prob one of the nicest places we have stayed in awhile. Thanks soooo very much

The hotel smell clean, the hallways to your room and your guest room. Hotel just didn't have that pet smell, which was great considering we hate or don't stay at pet friendly hotels having had bad experiences with them. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The trip was enjoyable.

2 things keep me from giving my overall stay 5 stars. First, front desk was not friendly at all. We had a late check in and thought maybe that was it but then come morning it was the same. Second, we did not enjoy the smell in the rooms. Hallways smelled very good but once inside our rooms it was a whole other smell. Rooms were clean and breakfast was awesome!

We had a handicapped enabled room. It was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Front desk was courteous and friendly. Only downside was the bed was very firm, a little too firm for me, while others may find it fine
