Clean and perfect for a short stay

Apartment was a bit smaller than expected

Clean, modern, nice studio apartment, good communication with the owner. Comfortable bed, big sofa-bed. Approx. at 15min ride with car from the center (on holiday). It met our expectations, perfect place for one-night stay.

Everything was fine, we missed only a coffee maker.

We were really happy with everything. Communication was good from the start and whichever problem we had, everything was quickly sorted. Owner has it well organized and is very reasonable. Cleaning lady was here at hand and went out of her way to help us, so big thanks to Vesna. All of that made our stay so much better. Lighting in the room was really nice with access to balcony. Area is residential and quiet, close to public transport and with grocery shop just round the corner.

There was nothing that we'd say we were unhappy about, but maybe just worth of mentioning that property is not too big itself and what you are renting is basically a studio - so rooms are not separated. Maybe more suited for a couple but it can be for family if you're not bothered about it.

Perfect for 2 people, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was cozy and clean. Plus point that there is a bath tub in the bathroom.

We had to pay extra 25 euros if we wanted to use the air conditioning. I thought that was a bit weird. Can’t sleep with the windows open as there is a kindergarden/daycare downstairs and the kids were noisy.

Hospitality, well-equipped

It was not apartment, it was a studio. Pictures does not show the real picture. There is no separate bedroom

clean, hairdryer, ironing board, near to shops, easy for bus route, internet plus tv.

hob was minimal, no toaster, bathroom fittings very dated, very small towels, person who met us didn’t speak English and it was hard to communicate

I must say that we were really surprised with an additional charge on air-conditioner in this century. I am aware it was marked on Booking but it is 3,5 eur. This I find really strange for an appartment with 4 stars plus so many 10s reviews on Booking. In addition, it is also marked on Booking that there is TV working. It is not working as there is no signal. Owners left a message how to activate it but even when following these instructions for several times TV does not have signal. I must say that nowhere on Booking is marked that appartment can only be paid in cash. Cards are not accepted. This is very wierd. This must be pointed out to guests. We had a huge traffic, several accidents and I asked for later check - in. At the end we did not need it as we reached accommodation before 10pm. I got an explanation that 'this is not a hotel and that owner pays a housekeeper'. I don't see what does this have to do with flexibility in exceptional circumstances. I also must say that the owner gave the number of a housekeeper to arrange with the lady directly (in case we are late). This was good as the lady was really nice. We are grateful for this. We managed in time but this is worth knowing in case you are late and have issues in arrival. Appartment is really for 2 people. Family of 4 is not for this appartment. On Booking is marked that children are not accepted. It seems not correct so this should be changed. We did not like the reactions of the owner to reviews. The idea of objective review is to help them, to improve service and their accommodation. Satisfied guests are always coming back. Non-objective reviews are discrace for themselves anyway - I don't say I read any, but for readers to judge I only noticed many reviews of 10 which is a bit strange knowing well reviews on Booking.com where the best accommodations hardly reach this. But this is for the Booking to handle.
