Anita was very friendly and accommodating! The flat is very clean and cosy. It is close to the university campus but a bit far from downtown so perfect for stays related to the university.

There was no bath soap.

The room was clean and comfortable, and hosts were very nice and welcoming

The stairs in the room are a bit steep, so might not be suitable for children

Modern, small and very cosy flat in wonderful location near the city centre. It is actually a nice walk! Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, large balcony and a great bathroom with lots of space. We really felt at home and there is free parking very close by. Great value for money, we would definitely come back!

As mentioned in other posts, the walls are not that thick. The landlady spoke to us rudely for being too noisy at 11pm. We did not have music on, but of course we walked around and had normal conversations. They live downstairs with a young child, so I can see the problem. We would have liked to be spoken to more kindly as we are still customers and we did not feel we disturbed them in any way. Overall, the ventilation of the room was not that good, so we kept a window open to get fresh air. The mattress is okay, but the pillows are very soft and not comfortable.

The owners were very responsive, kind and willing to help. They live downstairs, so it's easy to reach them also during the stay, and they respond to booking messages and phone calls quickly. The studio is nice and neat, just as you see in the photos. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Some of the parking spaces in the area are free of charge and others you need to pay. We did not have any problem finding a free space at no charge. To get to the old town, the Stadthalle or exhibition centre it is a bit longer walk, or you use your car, or you can use public transport, but you need to learn about which connections to use beforehand. The nearest tram station is 10 minutes walk away and takes you directly to the old town centre. You can shorten your walk by using the bus. There is a bus stop just around the corner, but the bus will not take you directly to the centre.

Comfortable bed, everything clean. Well-equipped kitchen. The area is calm. 10min walk to a tram that takes you to the city center. The flat is in a great condition.

The bathroom vent needs serious cleaning (photo). The free parking is not from the property but the area provides it, so you circulate until you find one, then you walk to the house.

We felt very well, quiet area, it is easy to reach the center in 25 minutes on foot. Thanks a lot. Adrian F.

Clean, well furnished apartment with a kitchen and a nice big shower. Using a washing machine wasn't a problem either. Garden and pool for guests too.
