The ubication and the place in general.

The wi-fi doesn't work correctly.

Good location close to lots of bars and eating options and just a short walk to the city centre. We had a spacious rustic room with little outside noise.

Breakfast was ok but we were among the later guests down and things weren’t really replaced when they ran out.

A lovely small inn that makes sure you are comfortable . Great location- about 12-15 min from the Central Train station on foot, easy walk to Old Town, Opera - everywhere. The Inn is immaculate and fresh towels every day. The restaurant with its outside terrace is a local favorite and the food and wine are great and well priced. Its a lovely place to stay.

I was in room 9 and the bed was dreadful. Soft and sloped deeply to the right so always in danger of falling off. They just need to replace it.

Perfect location

The staff at the restaurant very rude ,i asked politely if i can seat to dine and got a very rude response from the staff like they didn’t want me there.

Well, all was perfect! The personnel, the apartments, the location (!), the breakfast. Surely come back when gonna be in Graz again. It was also heating on, despite the early autumn!

wi-fi works a bit strange, but it's just a minor remark.

Great location very near Old Town and very clean. Comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Wifi rarely worked. It would be much nicer if they put an electric kettle in room to prepare tea.

Lovely hotel well situated in Graz. On-site restaurant with outdoor seating was a bonus. Bedroom and bathroom were of a good size, bright and airy.

I didn’t realise breakfast wasn’t included and while it was very good, if you don’t get down early, they don’t replace food that runs out, so make sure you eat early!

Best value if you want to be close to downtown Graz. The little extra distance from the centre is actually a plus. The area is quite Bohemian, with an air of shabby chic.

The room was very clean and quaintly decorated, not a cookie-cutter hotel. I arrived after hours because of a delayed flight and they responded to my message immediately and left a key in a lockbox for me. It was hot during my stay (there is no air conditioning in most of Graz, including here) and when I asked they provided me with a fan. They offer breakfast but I did not eat there so can't say what it was like.

The guesthouse is attached to a restaurant/bar, so if you have your windows open it can be a bit noisy. Once I had the fan that helped mask the sound (and blow away the occasional cigarette smoke).

Location was perfect, within walking distance from the Altstadt.

Wi-Fi was poor. Breakfast buffet could have been more vegan-friendly.

Apartment features many places to sleep (up to 6 in 3 bedrooms), has nice balcony with lots of seating overlooking square.

It was a little noisy due to location, across from outdoor restaurants and bars. So do not expect to go to bed too early if you are a light sleeper. And there is no air conditioning. So closing windows will not work on warm days.
