Large room and easy for two friends to request split beds. Lobby was large and easy to meet in, and they accommodated our motorcycle group easily. Great breakfast and close walk to tourist area

Our room had a rather long walk to the elevators, but use of the carts was helpful.

Zentrale Lage ist perfekt, um das Nachtleben der Stadt zu erkunden. Trotz zentraler Lage absolut ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist top, modern und sauber.

Das Personal im Speisesaal komplett überfordert. Man musste ab 8.30 mindestens 20 Minuten auf einen sauberen Tisch warten. 3 Hochstühle für Kleinkinder eindeutig zu wenig. Der Kellner immer überfordert und unfreundlich. Sauberkeit unter den Tischen lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Service im Zimmer auch sehr nachlässig. Mussten immer zur Rezeption zwecks WC Papier. Es wurde vom Zimmerservice nie nachgefüllt. Diese Hotel entspricht keine 4 Sterne

This was our third stay. Good as usual. Great location for sightseeing. Close to the city center and city park (we were with our little dog). Comfortable and clean room. Professional staff. This hotel is perfect for us.

Breakfast is too expensive, there are many other and cheaper altenatives in the area, also with vegan options.

This is a very smart property, business feel to it. Good breakfast - including Kaiserschmarrn for a touch of local character. 10 minute walk to the tram from the station, plenty of nice places nearby. Graz is a great tourist destination.

Automatic flush on the toilet - not sure this is really what the world needs.

The location of hotel is in the perfect place in the center of the city. The rooms are clean, all staff members were helpful and friendly and breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Graz, either for business purposes or touristic ones.
