Value for money. Near the national road...accessible. Complete with cooking facilities. The owner did not charged me for two extra beds.
There are small insects inside the room it seems that those were small cockroaches. There was a dead cockroach in pull-ups bed. There were dirts from cockroaches almost everywhere in the outside kitchen and in small side tables. Too high. I never thought that the apartment is located in the third floor. Drainage for third toilet was too busy

The view is good...
No water in the bathroom and in the sink at night until 5AM. The road is very narrow towards the parking area and it's a blind corner when you get out going to the highway, accident prone!

The stairs is a bit of a challenge but since we don't have an elderly with us it's no nig deal.

I like the spacious bed. The place is ideal for family.

Nice place. Value for money. Kumpleto may wifi, tv, ref, aircon, utensils. Malinis. Maayos at maluwag ang kitchen area.

The place is easy to find and someone is there to welcome us when we arrived.
The room is compact for a family of 7 or 8 people, but I like the outside dining area which serve as extension of the accommodation, plus the kitchen area outside for cooking.
Overall, the beds are comfortable.
We booked for 7 people (5 adults and 2 kids); we ended with 8 people (5 adults and 3 kids). The host did not charge us for the extra person (kid) that came with us.
The entry to the property is a bit tight for our vehicle to come in and out. Once you enter, the parking is okay.
Our accommodation is on the 3rd floor - it is difficult to climb if we have elderly person;
Overall, the room is clean/tidy, but the drawers within the room ( near the fridge and the sink) need a bit of tidying up/wiping. Same is true for the drawers under the bed.
We did wipe the drawers near the fridge before we use these and was fine.
