Staff very polite and pleasant. Rooms nicely equipped and modern. Entire complex very clean. Excellent Animation team, not too in your face. Lucky and Ilyas deserve a special mention. Lounge Bar staff excellent all week making lovely coffees and serving superb cocktails and drinks. Non alcoholic cocktails also very good. 3 or 4 live acts in the week and quiz,& cash bingo broke up the very relaxed evenings. Very nice indoor heated pool and rather cold outdoor pool.I expect this would warm up later in the season. I would advise booking your holiday no earlier than the last week in May as the rest of of the resort was technically closed. We took the opportunity to just relax and this Hotel allows you to do this. Table- tennis , darts, pool etc. and other games and competitions were run around the outdoor pool if you needed 'activities' and a snack bar served food all day until 6pm. Meals in the Restaurant were wide and varied with grilled meat choices, heated serving pans held a reasonable selection of casserole, vegetable and themed dishes which changed throughout the week. Lovely breads and salads served each day. A big plus was the availability of tea/coffee after lunch and dinner in the restaurant as well as the lounge. Felt really relaxed and comfortable in this Hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

The Shower design is inadequate. No sealant along the shower tray edge means the bathroom floods as the water drains so slowly. Reported this to the manager however nothing was done about it. My only other issue was there wasn't always warm plates for your food. They have warmers but they're only intermittently turned on. Sweet choices were varied and beautifully presented however by the end of the week a little 'samey' . Some hot desserts would be welcomed. Good choice of ice-cream however.

Very nice hotel, not too big, cca. 500 guests. Nicely renovated 5 years ago, some minor errors by now, not disturbing. Super comfortable beds, foam matrasses, may be too softs for some poeple. All inclusive was excellent, large variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, cold starters and sweets. Two soups and several fish and meat courses every day, always different, not boring. Food's tastes are mediterranien/middle eastern. Sodas, juices, very good caffees and ice cream all day, many sunbeds around the pool. Entertainment and music even in September. We will definitely come back!

Just one thing: curtains are not blackout, we prefer to sleep in dark, but the lights of the garden shine through the curtain which disturbed our sleep.

property looks good only in photoshopped pictures. everything is super dirty, lobby area smells like chip air freshener and the rooms smell like mold, smoke and chlorine. all the walls are dirty. the food is bad. forks and knives were dirty as well as cups for coffee. such a bad experience. we had decided to leave that place after one night. do not recommend ever that place. also is far away from the sea. parking is 10€ per day that no where is specified.

Apparats for drinks were dirty, they had black molds inside. I was there 4 days, housekeeping didnt change my bedcloth no one time, they took carpet for bathroom in the second day any never bring it back, never clean dirty glasses same as floor. Swimming pools looked nice, but very old, they covered some plastics in the childrens part and colored in other sides, water inside not clen also blue colour on the sides inside the water gone away, looked terrible.

I loved the room design - very fresh and lovely! The hotel area was cool as as well. Having indoor pool was great. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The food was not good - sorry but the quality was not fine. I didn't like the fact that the pools were looking very old - I wouldn't use them if this wasn't the main reason for our stay (my daughter wanted water slides). The animation was friendly but the fact that some animations were paid was very surprising, wasn't this an all inclusive hotel with the animation being part of it?

I am delighted to tell you about the stay at this hotel. First of all, I really liked the animation team, which has many programs for both adults and children almost every day. there is dancing at the pool and gymnastics, fun activities among which I can list different games, ping-pong, archery competition and others. Also the children have such activities as face painting, plasticine games, coloring, cooking games or personalized t-shirts as well as indoor and outdoor playground. in the evening there are also entertainment programs that are very well made for children and adults. I was extremely pleased with the evening programs. They are fun to watch. the pool is divided into four, according to the depth and is provided with two large slides and one smaller for children of 3-5 years. food is sufficient and varied and there is also a snack bar at the pool very well stocked. at the table there is always fruit, dessert and salads. the rooms are big enough, with large beds. we all know how the drinks are at all inclusive, but for us it was fine. the hotel is surrounded by beautifully maintained green space and is located 5-10 minutes from the beach on foot. for us it was the most beautiful stay so far at the Bulgarians. picky people can find dissatisfaction, but we are not the kind of people who ask to change the towels daily, specifying that cleaning is done daily anyway. only one key for the room is given initially, but you will be given a second key if you request. it's good to ask if you need something and the staff will try to solve the problem. I want to tell you that the Entire staff speaks English. Advice - ask were is the room located when you get the key, because it can be a little bit tricky. the best holiday at the sea so far for us- two families with one, respectively 2 children. everyone had something to do. the pools are perfect for each age category. Hope we will visit them again!

as negative points I could say that it is quite noisy for the rooms facing the pool, due to the music and entertainment programs, which prevents you from resting, but I state that there are not many such rooms and you can ask for a different one and maybe it can be done. We didn’t asked. the pool also needs small renovations, an aspect that I noticed was taken into account to be fixed. the indoor pool had very cold water, but I think it's because almost everyone stayed outdoor because it was hot outside– we didn’t asked about it. the chandeliers on the balcony are too low and tall people can bump into them. this is just a warning, not a negative thing! it doesn't hurt when you hit it because they are not strong, but it can take you by surprise :))). we had to leave a day early and the staff of the hotel did not agree to refund us that day, not even the parking fee for one day. everything else was perfect. we warmly recommend this hotel!

Liked: - Cleanness. No smell, rooms were clean - Staff was always polite, smiling, absolute best. Entertaining team deserves a plus for their smile and way they treat people. - WiFi strength in every corner of the hotel including the pool. - Food was varied and had taste. No Michelin Chef, but for an all inclusive, good. Beer was average, so you could drink it, unlike other hotels I've been to. Wine also, drinkable. - Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean. - Design of the common spaces. lobby/bar/garden. Nice colors contrast, confortable seats. Likeble athmosphere, with ambient music.

Of course, no hotel is perfect so what I didn't liked. Must rememmber though that They are niggles, not important: - Bathroom door. Not insulating the noises from the bath to the room. - Adiacent walls. You can hear the noise coming from the next room, when they were pressing the AC buttons (placed in the same spot. Not something really bad but I had to mention. - AC - noisy when turned full. Inneficient when in first speed.

iHotel is good, we liked it very much, service, stuff, food was excellent, wifi was ok, room was clean with a biiig bed, beach was near and it is very large as we like. Hotel has its own cozy courtyard.

All rooms are around the courtyard, and when noisy guests stayed there till midnight - it was difficult to sleep. The beach is very near due to the map, but in fact the front hotel closed the passage to the beach and you need bypass all its teritory (plus several minutes), parking 10eur/night, sunbeds with umbrella on beach 14 eur/day - for sunny beach it is ok, just to let you know

The staff from the restaurant and the pool was amazing. Big comfy bed. Many options to chose from at lunch and dinner, good food and good cakes. Nice pool.

Had to pay for parking. Room cleaning was bad, they didn't changed the bed sheets, and we stayed for 6 nights.They took the towels but they never left feet towel and sometimes face towels, we always had to ask for them.They were just cleaning the floor, and once they left the dirty water in the toilet. No fruits at the pool snack bar. The breakfast was not so great, they had no butter, just margarine, the cheese was very salty, they had some sliced salami, sausages and other kind of meat, but they were always old and had a strange colour. Pool was dirty some days. The restaurant manager (I think) was always flirting with the young girls from the bar, hugging and touching them.I don't think it was appropriate, as they were very young, and he looked to be in his late forties.

The hotel was close to the beach and offers all inclusive rates which is a really good option.

The hotel is big, clean, with a big space for everything - parking- contra cost, 10 euro/day - a nice garden - poll for adults and also kids, - places for entertainment, - big restaurant inside and also outside, - big rooms ( comfortable and clean / they changed the towels every day) The food was very good, delicious for all inclusive, and very diversified. The drinks also ok, wine and cocktails especially. The staff was very nice, willing to help and make you feel comfortable.

The distance to arrive on the beach in bigger because another hotel and casino block the short access, but in 5/7 min with the kids was ok..
