The location was great, close to the beach (about a 3 minute walk). The pools and the pool bar were really great. The rooms were nice, there were cleaning services everyday, providing new towels and bedsheets every 2 days, without having to request them. The food was ok, nothing wrong with it, but it wasn't anything wow. For the price, it was good.

The food wasn't all that diverse. The worst part ere the pillows, they were EXTREMELY soft it made sleeping on them quite difficult. The overall aspect of the hotel was quite outdated.

The staff was very friendly, from the reception lady to the cleaning personal. The room is cleaned daily by some ladies and they always ask if you need anything more. The pool(s) were awesome and the music was good.

The food and drinks was standard for all inclusive - I can't say I did not liked it but I kind of expected something else after reading the reviews. We had a room with 4 beds and one of them was kind of too little - we were 4 adults. Our room was not like in the pictures. Sometimes the hotel seems old but the furniture was not broken. Overall we managed to have a good stay. The parking spots were full and we needed to park somewhere else.

We originally booked this hotel because it looked great for a 3 star from the pictures. When we got to the hotel, there was no one at reception. I called the hotel's number as stated on Booking and an extremely rude man picked up without "Hello", but with a "Yes, what?" to which I asked "There is no one at reception, is it possible someone could check us in?". The reply I received was "I'm not there, I don't know, wait and someone will come", after which he hung up the phone straight away before I could even reply... The moment we set foot outside the reception we were in shock. None of the pools, neither the garden looked even close to anything like the photos. The pool tiles were green from dirtiness, the tiles on the ground were uneven, and there were napkins flying around the whole pool area and in the water, and there were no cleaners or maintanance people to be seen the whole two days that we stayed there. The only thing which was nice about the room was the AC. The paint on the walls were crumbling and all of my bags were white. Our friends' bedsheets had yellow stains on them and black long hairs. When we went to dinner, we thought it would be better, but we were appauled. I'm not going to comment on the dinner options, as I have attached a picture which says enough on its own. We were also surprised to find out that everything was closed by 21:00 sharp, all the food was removed. We were not informed of the dinner times upon check in. The second day, our rooms were "cleaned". When i say cleaned, I mean the bedsheets were not changed, just straightened. I know they were not, because the first day when I did my make-up a drop of my foundation went on my bedsheet, and the second day it was still there. Our friends' bedsheets were changed, but you will see what they were changed with in the pictures attached.. They had black marks on their pillowcases.

Nothing. The room was very date it, sofa bed broken, bathroom dirty, shower cabin was blocked, water was all over the floor when showering. The staff was really nice, I have to admit. Wasps every where. You couldn’t enjoy you meal! What’s you see on the pictures here, has nothing to do with the reality. They must have been taken ages ago.

The food was good. The room was often cleaned and the location was close to the beach.

However, I paid for the ‘all inclusive’ package which was supposed to include 3 meals, massages and shuttle service. As it turned out, the hotel has stopped offering massage services years ago but they are still advertising it? Also I was told the shuttle would cost me €10 one way, so ended up getting the local transport which was €1. In addition, the shower curtain was too short for some reason, so water would splash all over the bathroom floor, even if being as careful as possible.

Bathroom was below expectations. The inner courtyard was full with people, very loud. Radio was already bursting music sice 9 in the morning

The food in the restaurant was fresh. The swimming pool was nice and the distance from the beach was short.

The restaurant is closed between 10.00am and 12.30 at this time you could only eat donuts. And after lunch between 14.30 and 18.30 you could only eat untasty pizza. The buildings are old. The floor in our room was damaged. The sink and the curtains were also damaged.The bed was really uncomfortable.
