- rooms are quite spacious and very clean - supermarket inside the hotel was great for small purchases like sodas and very convenient - pool was very nice, open until late and had a pool bar - food was pretty good for balkan taste and varied enough for a short stay

- shower was leaking into the bathroom and the floor was wet all day - paid wifi in rooms is not great on a 4 star hotel (speed was also quite bad) - drinks in all inclusive not varied enough, wine was the only good drink except water

The perfect quality for the very reasonable price. It was our second time in this hotel and we will come back. Very near to the beach and attractions. The swimming pools are very nice and the all inclusive light option is perfect!

The opinions I’ve read on the booking.com that does not reflect the hotel at all. Whoever wrote that down clearly never been anywhere worldwide in a four star hotel. Actually wait, there is a heated swimming pool which is the only thing.

From the beginning there was only one receptionist that speaks English, you’re lucky when he is working, otherwise you do you. The all inclusive package is the one they don’t even tell you about. The coffee from the coffee machine is a instant that never been set up or maintained and it’s the number one WORST coffee I have ever drink my entire life. Thanks to that I had a two weeks coffee detox. The tea instant as well that you can not drink. If that is not enough it’s available only during breakfast. You can forget about tea and coffee during lunch and dinner (but anyway why would you drink that piss). The food should be throw at the chef in the kitchen like Gordon Ramses throw into face and tell them all to f… o.. from there go back to school and learn how to cook. But don’t worry I will show you the photos of this culinary misunderstanding. My breakfast was everyday limited to a bread roll (if there was any, because most of the days was just a plain American toast bread without the toaster (I’m guessing some employee stolen it) and some vegetables because there was no eatable ham). With your ALL INCLUSIVE there supposed to be wine and beer… yeah beer was so diluted with water that if you would taste a beer in there you should run to the shop and open a bottle of champagne and wine was so sour like the white cartoon spent all day on the sun. Red not any better, just red and sour. Just check my photos and you will understand. And then the employees of this place that look at you like how dare you even to look at them and ask for anything like everything is just on the buffet. The truth is they are the most miserable woman on earth and the old one is the worst one. None of them have any manners or even been told anything how to do their job. Whenever you trying to put on a plate and leave on your table the first two day I needed to slap their hands of not to touch it. And they would be running to your table taking the plates full of food. Like what’s the point.

The room was clean and silent and the bed very comfort. The water in the pool was good for swimming,but for the kids was cold.

The food wasn't variousity,after two days was very bored for me and my family. In the same time only two type of fruits was. I think the drinks was very cheap and unhealthy. The beer wasn't strong. Only the wine was good.

we booked one room for 6 days. the room was nice, clean but we would have like if it had more double beds. we had to stay on 2 single beds one next to the other. that's all.

incredible bad food. same thing every day. maybe the morning food was good becouse it's something classic. for the rest of the day, the food was served oily. the soup, the meat, we had fish once or twice in the 6 days. the red and white wine was with water. the sodas where like i was buying it from my local shop from 20 years ago and full of sugar. same little desert with colorants and tastes, chemicals. sorry guys but i cand say good things besides the icecream and the morning food. the hotel is full of familty people. not for couples. that was not a problems for was. better same more money and go somewhere better!

Everything was great! I like food in hotel restaurant and swimming pool in the garden. Wonderful place where enjoy vacation!

I did not like drinks in restaurant.

I liked: lunches, dinners, location, price, swimming pools, staff was really flexible, generally I would recommend the place in spite of some minor blemishes.

I didn't like breakfasts, showers- leaking water - the whole bathroom was wet, quotas on toilet paper- 1 piece per day, staff barely speaks English

Everything was ok,value for the money
