Location was spot on, literally step out and your in the middle of it all! Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were exceptional, rooms were huge and beds were very comfortable. Views from the balcony out to the pool and sea/beach were beautiful! Pool was beautiful, very cold due to the rain the previous week but perfect to cool down in. Balcony was huge in the room. Beach was so close and perfect to just step out onto. Definitely recommend this hotel if your looking for somewhere cheap to stay in sunny beach and for somewhere with a fresh look, as a lot of the hotels are very dated.

Food wasn't that great. We stayed in 1 night and ordered spagbol and carbonara, the carbonara was far to heavy and filled with cream, best to do it the either on a winter menu or the Italian style using egg rather than cream. The spagbol had far too much pasta and not enough sauce so came out very dry, would suggest adding a bit of the pasta water to the dish to make it a lot more juicier. We had to remove some of the pasta and then it was quite tastey however you could tell the pasta had been cooked for a while and therefore became sticky and cold, needs to be served as soon as its came out the water to get that perfect juicy traditional spagbol. Also, it wasn't really a service, didn't really tend to have waiters, the chef was the one that came out to serve us at the beginning. Apart from that with the food, the hotel was exceptional, we loved every minute of it, if your looking for something to eat just nip out onto the strip. Also bare in mind the fair is literally on your doorstep so it does get loud coming into the night, the music can be heard for miles so be aware if you are looking for somewhere to rest.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was perfect as I was actually seeing my friend who was living in hotel 5 minutes away.

There was a free parking space.

The lock for the room was broken, and my luggage stayed in the room. I waited 40 min. repairman to come and fix the door. He didn't manage to do it so I was moved in smaller room with no hot water and stains over the bed sheets. The restaurant is not open so you need to go somewhere else to eat.

That it was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were really nice and helpful!

Great location, right few steps away from the beachfront promenade and the center of Sunny Beach! The staff is so friendly and very much looking to please you, even the overall conditions of the hotel are way less competitive than in the neighborhood. Flexible check-out was a very nice surprise!

The hotel doesn't have a proper entrance or a nice (fresh) room-design. (Almost everything looks outdated.)

I liked very much the hospitality of the staff I liked the location , with sea view is fantastic and also they have a nice pool zone .

I didn’t like that they run out of warm water in the evenings . And also I didn’t enjoy that the towels were with dirty stains on them .

Excellent location, right at the beach walkboard

Hotel is located very close to the beach and the amusement park (no problem with the noise if you close the windows when you sleep). The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. After the check-out, they allowed us to use the pool and the parking.

The parking area was small and cramped (but the staff was there for help).
