Staff was rude, food was awful. One friend got food poisoning and had to spend two days bedridden. Worse experience ever in a hotel.

If it is ultra all inclusive this should include free parking and private beach. It is not the case at Planeta Hotel. The elevators are small and few for such a big hotel. The furniture and bathroom are old and not suitable for a 5* hotel.

Location was amazing in the heart of Sunny Beach. The pools the slides , our kids had amazing fun. The food delicious and varied, the snacks. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff wasnt very friendly and doesnt really listen to the guests needs. They dont smile or greet. I informed the reception that the pillows were too thin and because of a neck problem i needed a second pillow and depsite various requests i was ignored , only on last night i finally got the second pillow.

I liked the size of rooms and that the pool is open till late night.

Almost no internet anywhere, no valet service, noone to help with luggage and no carts for luggage at all, parking is paid and even with that no place to part even for a fee. The food is 3 Stars, not 5. In the first room the air conditioner was not working, only with arguments, after 3 hours, the room was changed to the one with working air conditioner.

Unfriendly staff! Any noise from the hallway can be heard loudly in the rooms! Tasteless, repetitive food, the vegetables were not freshly cut. Apart from red and sometimes yellow watermelon, we received no fruit at all. From 21:00 there was no food at all. The area around the pool was dirty. The elevators were small and worked very hard, there was a queue all the time. Apart from the appearance, the hotel is far from being 5 stars. Last year I was at a 4 star hotel and it was superior in all aspects. Overall disappointing!

Great property jaw dropping entrance and wonderful rooms. Great options of food and Antonio at reception was exceptional and very helpful.

Be very careful around the pool the tiles are not good and we saw about four people slip. One kid cut his foot very badly when he slipped and cut his foot on the sunbeds

It isn't a 5 star hotel regarding the quality of services and food, it is more like a 3 star. The food was diverse but poor quality, sometimes undercooked., Although some uncivilized persons filed their plates with the same type of food and did not remain for others, the staff did not refill promptly or at all. At arrival, our bathroom was not properly cleaned, the toilet seet was dirty, the floor wasn't cleaned. The shelves in the dressing were dusty. The blanket and the pillow were full of stains. Did not worth the money!

I liked the room and bathroom. The food was delicious, but the same every day! So we couldn’t eat there more than 2 days (.

The whole building is old and has an old style. The bathrooms on the first floor is super duty and smells horrible, I couldn’t use it at all. The front desk people don’t know anything. We asked them about the spa, zero answer. They said: we don’t know what kind of treatment so they offer, they even didn’t give us a spa menu. When my sister with her husband and 2 kids entered their room, they found a heroin needle in the drawer. They called the reception, and the front desk guy said sorry, and gave them ONE DAY OFF 😡. The worst part of solving problems. They even didn’t pclean properly clean the room. What if kids could be injured by it???

The staff is perfect, especially in restaurant. The waitress and administrator in restaurant is perfect. As far as I understood later, all they were from Ukraine, that’s why the level of service was great! Keep going.

The kitchen is not so good!!!! The plates for dishes were empty: for meat. If you come a little bit later, you would probably be hungry, it’s not a level of 5 stars hotel. There is no fish!!!! There is verity of food. The chief of the restaurant should totally change it attitude. The general manager is quite rude woman, who just sudsing every time and drinking coffee and walking around with her sister and friends. Just a huge shock!!!!

The hotel is located next to the sea, the central alley is also a 5-minute walk away. There are many cafes, shops and other resort infrastructure nearby. The Barsens were good at pouring alcohol, there were no problems with that, the cocktails were good. The rooms are large, the beds are very soft, there are two slides by the pool, children's discos are held in the evenings.

The biggest problem of the hotel is the food. The first days we arrived, there was no food at all. We came for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and saw empty trays. The last few days of rest, the situation has improved, there is more food, probably numerous scandals have occurred, but still the hotel needs to work on a variety of side dishes and meat dishes, they have adjusted the situation with salads and sweets. Dinner at the Ala Kart restaurant, alas, was never provided to us, although it was included in the room rate. The pool at the beginning of June was cold, and the children's slides are not very comfortable, it is easy for a child to get hurt on them. After the first night, for some reason, the patches were taken away from us, new ones were never brought.

The rooms were spacious, clean with big bed and sofa. Hotel is close to the beach and it has parking places for the cars. Every evening there is a short entertainment program for the kids.

I was disappointed with the food - maybe my expectations were too high for a 5 star hotel. In comparison with other hotels with restaurants, the food here looks like canteen food.

There was no food it was absoluely disaster , i wont ever come back again , dont waste your money , never a 5 star hotel , maximum 2 , i am not kidding , it was so bad

The food was terrible. A lot of frozen food and low quality products. Almost same food every single day. There were moments during lunch or dinner when it was literally nothing to choose, you had to wait in que untill they were bringing something. We even addresses the claim to hotel manager but she didn't care.

Rooms are spacey and clean. Hotel architecture and inside design are nice. Functional TV and fridge. The animation team had good moments in some evenings. Pool was fine, water slides were OK, drinks were OK. The sea is fairly close, beaches are clean and fairly organized.

There is no perfect hotel, like there is no perfect human being. One tries to sell more, the other to pay less, but, communication is essential. When communication is poor, frustration arise: - Parking: "parking available on site, 15BGN/day" means no parking available; some "guys" will redirect you to the parking of another hotel (~200m away), and charge you 25BGN/day; - We had "ultra all inclusive" tickets. Food was poor, at most fast food quality. Some products are available in the first 30 minutes, afterwards you can get mostly left overs. I've never experienced baloney in a 5 stars hotel, so far! - Spa is basically in another hotel, Kids club was mostly closed, nothing interactive. - Receptionists are expeditive, they don't really listen. They also seemed overwhelmed of complaints from visitors. Particularly, we had issues with the hot water (fixed in the first day) and air conditioning (never fixed, although asked daily). We had to constantly ask for towels and/or shampoo.
