our stay wasn’t long enough

It was so close to the beach that we could see glimpses from our balcony. The location was excellent. Being across the road for the wharf complex gave access to so many restaurants.

We didn't realise the office closed early on a Saturday and Sunday but luckily the manager was still on site and came as soon as we rang the emergency number.

The cleaning needs attention

Exceptionally well-kept, well-managed, well-located apartment. Large in size and very comfortable with modern updating. Just loved it and we will be back.

At a stretch to find something bad - the only thing I guess is very minor the parking spots are tight. And only a single park per unit however the managers located us a second park on the first day which was so appreciated. Not an issue I expect during mid and low season but high season there is less on-street parking. This is not really an issue and would not prevent our return!

The 2 bedroom apartment had great views of the marina. It had a large balcony and was in a perfect location to walk everywhere. The pool area and spa were lovely and the bbq’s were very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Location was excellent with access to everything we needed right at the doorstep. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly when we arrived a day late and they organised our coles delivery to be unpacked. Pool area was awesome, especially the pool being heated (most QLD hotel pools are freezing at this time of year) and the heated spa. Apartment had everything we needed, kitchen really well fitted out. Everything was clean, including the BBQs.

Unfortunately it was a bit noisy on our balcony due to the buses and general traffic (not something the apartment can control). A few small maintenance issues in our apartment but nothing bad enough for us to worry about raising with the owners.

Sailport Apartments are in a perfect location to enjoy all of the wonderful things Mooloolaba has to offer for a relaxing vacation. The hosts of these apartments are completely delightful and welcoming. We would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful part of the Sunshine Coast
