location was great, near to sub way station, it was in great location. staff were very helpful and cooperative. breakfast was good

it would be good if the room are more sound proof as I could hear other people talking outside or nearby room

The hotel service is quite good. The cleaning staff was good when I forgot my diamond ring and it was still there when I got home. The reception staff were enthusiastic and spoke English quite well. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The place was nice but quite old in general beds were comfortable and for the price was ok. Breakfast was also included does not have that much variety and is mostly Chinese food something that for us was fine.

The stuff mostly does not speak English but they try to help you.

the breakfast was good and the water was free. the location was rather quite but a bit far from city center which can be either good or bad depending of what is wanted.

Good location with good metro connections and still relatively quiet by the river. Affordable. Lily and Leo from the helpdesk were friendly and very helpful when I needed some printouts.

Mildly run down furniture. The western breakfast is ok but not great, however there is a decent coffee machine

Verbleef in dit hotel in Juni 2023 en nu in November/December 2023 . Het ontbijt , inclusief in verblijf , nog steeds zeer goed. Het restaurant werd gerenoveerd , was ook nodig. Personeel heel vriendelijk . Hadden een kamer op bovenste verdieping met zich op de rivier , een beetje duurder maar zou ik toch willen aanraden. Rustig gelegen hotel , metro is op wandelafstand.

Er is geen gelegenheid in het hotel om te lunchen of te dineren. Gezien de rustige locatie misschien wel een minpunt. Weinig faciliteiten. Ik zou zeggen een goede B&B in Shanghai.

場所は苏州河畔で綺麗だし、アクセス(2号線まで一駅)もいいし、夜も静かでした。 ホテルの朝ご飯も美味しかったです。 フロントはとても親切でした(特に僕らのミスをカバーして頂いたarin(小马）さんに感謝します。ありがとう！)

コンビニは駅からホテルの反対側(約600m)にありますが、疲れた時、ちょっと......
