The rooms were very clean. Service and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very good value for money.
The breakfast could be have been better. A variety of cheese and charcuterie counter had very little cheeese.

Pros:
- Breakfast: Absolute highlight of this trip. An array of high quality options from Chinese to Western. Chefs and staff very accommodating and friendly!
- Room: One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in - the size, cleanliness, layout and room service were top notch
- Location: Whilst slightly away from the main attractions, the hotel is nicely situated near Sanlitun and only a 10 min walk from a well connected metro line
WiFi - connection often dropped out, particularly outside of rooms in the lobby area
Concierge - lack of travel guides and guidance from the team
Location - will need to walk for 10 minutes to the station if you don't opt for taking taxis + not near any major attractions

Lovely hotel, very comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday during my stay and we came back to a decorated room and a lovely cake which was such a nice surprise. Highly recommend

The kids loved the pool, even though many adults gave them dirty looks. The lady who cleaned our room was very friendly even tho we couldn't communicate properly due to language barrier. The location of the hotel is not too bad. Close to small supermarkets, grocery stores, 7/11, KFC, and local restaurants. There are two train/subway stations within walking distance..
It seemed like the people who stay there don't really like having kids around. I think the hotel is more for people who are there for business, not so much for family. Also, the staff do speak little English, but sometimes things get misunderstood, specifically over the phone service requests, which could get messed up big time.

Our little piece of heaven. We come you for one night stays to enjoy the breakfast and the pool. The staff is perhaps the nicesest in Beijing. Great hotel.

An amazing hotel and a great value. The staff was very kind and provided a few free upgrades. The swimming pool is the nicest we have seen in China. The locker rooms were spotless and they provided free towels poolside. The breakfast was incredible. This is now our preferred hotel in Beijing.

The wifi was under an incorrect name for my room.
The temperature of the room was very hot. There were no instructions or any way I could see to turn it down so I turned it off… and it was still very hot. This can be common in Hotels in Asia, but meant that I didnt sleep and had to have a cold shower at 2am. I was really looking forward to having a nice night but was sad this happened.

Location is good. but not easy to find.
Reception could not find our bookings even we provided names and booking reference to them, they Asked us check and confirm the booking date was correct. Later found out it was their problem.
Facilities is out of date for a five star hotel, not good value for money. Would choose other 5 star hotels in Beijing.

Room was clean and comfortable, a lot better and newer feel than Crowne Plaza U-Town. The club lounge was good, and better food and drinks than Regent Beijing. The gym was good, and we enjoyed the food at the hotel Yunnan restaurant. Nice decor and atmosphere in the lobby bar. Friendly helpful English speaking staff.
The pool hot tubs were in a slightly awkward place with low ceilings. Had a strange glass of chardonnay at the lobby bar (very yellow and stale taste), but the staff replaced it very quickly.
