Price a little to high

Nice and clean, close to the City of Arts and Sciences, very kind staff.

The parking arrangement is not ideal (oddly located, very narrow, and at 14€/night not cheap).

The staff who greeted us were very helpful. They went to extra lengths to make sure we knew where and how to park …. That wasn’t easy to figure out but they helped us quickly and got it all sorted. The flat was clean and orderly and had plenty of space for our family of 4. The next morning they helped tremendously with going carefully over a map to help know where to go and explained how to use the bus. All of this made our stay very enjoyable. It was quiet and we were able to get rest.

While the unit overall was clean and today, my daughter did give us some feedback about the shower in their room. She did notice some hair from previous tenants and wondered if the shower had been cleaned well enough. That is the only thing we noticed that felt a little “off”.

The bed and room are very clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We got a free drink/orange juice from the bar next to the hotel.

great location, everyting needed on a walking distance. Having Elbar restaurant in the buiding was a life saver when you travel in Spain with a toddler and the other restaurants are closed when we requiered. Friendly staff Clean apartment Big bed

Everything. It was a perfect stay for perfect vacation. Located 2min awas from central Science and Art Museum. It is concenient to walk everywhere from it or catch a major bus lines just in front. Great breakfast. Huge, clean and comfy rooms. Helpfull staff. I dont usually give unconditional 10 but this stay deserved it (along with fantastic Valencia!)

The property was amazing, good location , to the Ciudad de las ciencia, a lot near by , two malls walking distance, museum, aquarium , El Corte Ingles , the Staff was great Teresa was amazing so the rest of the stuff very helpful, The Restaurant El Bar was great right there ,open from 7-1:00 am , food was good. breakfast delicious and very good prices as well. nothing wrong to said. Thanks so much to make my stay very pleasant.

the noise to the street , and to the others room the wall are very thin , you can hear everything from other rooms.
