Nice hotel, simple and with all you need in the room. Clean and nice refurnished rooms. Huge swimming pool and a lovely sunbath area.

Breakfast tailored for hangovers, a bit boring for those who don´t love the typical British breakfast. No tourist information.

location was great, 5 min walk from the west end & close enough to other attractions air conditioning was great the rooms were really cool all day & night receptionist & cleaners were lovely

the security guard. me & my partner got a rap on the door 2 times in one night, one for laughing and the other for using a speaker very quietly. the security guard actually stands outside the hotel and stares up to the balcony to make sure no one is laughing or having a good time. baring in mind it’s ibiza and one of the most lively places in the world. he threatened us with the police and said he had photocopy’s of our passports! also found glass and a empty deodorant bottle under our bed on the first day obviously from the last people there

The room was great, big, very comfy beds, good light, very clean. The staff change your bedsheets everyday and clean the room. The bathroom was good. They also provide you with beach towels just giving a small deposit which it gets returned when you bring back the towels. They also have parasols available. The staff was amazing, Manuel and the lady (sorry I forgot to ask for her name) were amazing! Thank you so much for the stay!

The breakfast for me was the only thing not that special but ok. It had a bit of everything and very friendly staff as well.

It was very close to the marina and bars and restaurants.

Loud noise throughout the night (slamming doors, paper walls - I could literally listen to all conversations next door!), very dated hotel. I didnt get ANY sleep all night and had to book a different hotel for the second night - obviously I’ve lost money. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been travelling all over the world.

The hairdryer was the best I’ve ever come across!

Location, breakfast, pool, room facilities, staff - all wonderful. This was a bargain hotel and I would recommend to anyone - looking to go next year

Unfortunately some groups noisy but not hotels fault

It was everything we needed, room was basic but had great bathrooms/showers. Breakfast was tasty with great choice. Location was perfect for San An.

Lovely rooms. The hotel has undergone a refurbishment recently and the rooms are really lovely. Modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds! Staff are also very friendly, and everything is good value for money.

The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is that it would be amazing if the hotel offered all inclusive stays! Other than that, everything is great.

Really friendly staff.cleaners that waited for you to leave before beating your door down.

Paper cups in the room instead of China cups.
