Bed was comfy . Decor looked ok until you look closer
Straight away in to reception there was an awful smell that lingered throughout the building, a mixture of old food / cooking / body odour very strange smell. Staff weren't particularly helpful or friendly didn't really say anything. Room was ok a bit small ,bathroom could do with a deep clean especially the shower and the shower was so hot you couldn't stand underneath it, you can hear everything that goes on in the hotel ,floor above sounded like they were moving the furniture around at 4 am. Says on the hotel description they have a bar ...... no bar staff ,asked at the reception then they disappear , no communication at all. Location is odd considering its got most things cafe restaurants shops and close to tube station but no local normal pub just for a drink . I'm not sure on what kind of community is in the area but no one is very friendly.

El personal fue amable y atento. El segundo día llegamos y no teníamos luz y en 5 minutos lo resolvieron.
Está ubicado bastante lejos, aunque en metro uno en 30 minutos está en el centro, no deja de estar alejado, es incómodo. Además cuando llegamos la habitación estaba muy sucia y tenía mucho olor a humedad. El resto de los días también mucho olor a humedad y a cigarrillo. No limpiaban la habitación para nada. Además no cuentan con ascensor y tenes que caminar kilómetro para llegar a tu habitación.
Por último, el primer día que llegamos no había agua caliente.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, location was about 12 minutes from Golders Green station, so not too inconvenient when visiting the city. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, as expected for the price and location.
Possible extra pillow or thicker pillows but no the end of the world.

The room was in a good location and had free parking facilities, the staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival.
There was no elevator, which normally isn’t a problem however the stairway was narrow and the steps were short which nearly made me miss a step. The room was dusty and overall wasn’t very clean with muck on the floor.

Excellent value. Only stayed two nights but they tidied and provided fresh towels each day. You definitely get what you pay for I'd say, it's a quiet and very friendly place

Family room, newly decorated, small ensuite, comfortable beds, hairdryer, fridge, tv.. staff are lovely, very helpful. Private parking. Bus stop outside the hotel. Short walk to restaurants and cafes.

The room was filthy!!! Small! Blood on ceiling and walls! Disgusting and loud! Would never use facility ever again! Pictures and ratings must have been fake!

The hotel is near the Jewish center of London - which is very comfortable.
There are always strange smells at the hotel's hall when going to the room.
Each hall and stairway has its unique strange bad smell :-).

Typical English size rooms, they were clean and cute, but a little rough for anyone over 6ft and 300lbs. The breakfast was good, and there was plenty for everyone.
I get small sizes, but the bathroom left no room for knees to the point sitting sideways was almost a must.

Great location, we were going to Wembley and the receptionist was great at getting us a taxi and chasing it up when it was running late. Lots of food places open until late so we got food delivered. Super close to Golders Green station and free parking so our whole group was able to get home quickly and easily.

The hotel is an improvement on my last stay there 4 or 5 years ago. I didn`t have breakfast so can`t comment on that.. Room was comfortable for the price.
The tv had to be retuned, There was interference with tv reception.

It was the dirtiest hotel in my life! It wasn't a room, it was a small hole. Everything was really dusty and dirty. £98 per night for it was a robbery! Very narrow staircase. On the corridors the doors were really dirty, full with handprints. The TV remote control was disgusting. The fire doors were locked open with the fire extinguisher. The floor was creaking at every step. The shower needed a proper clean before I used it.

The hotel is cheap, and easy to get into central London from. It's a few minutes walk to a host of shops and cafes in Golders Green.
The room wasn't very clean, particularly the bathroom - I've had much cleaner showers on a campsite,. The beds were clean, which was good, but very hard mattresses, and the room was so warm it was not a good nights sleep. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell to it.
The room was hard to find at first because of a confusing corridor layout and poor communication from the staff on reception, and with tight twisting stairs it was difficult to carry the luggage to our room.
We didn't try breakfast because of the state of the hotel - I hate to think how clean the kitchen is.
