It was in a very good location with shops cafes and next to the metro stop. Great and friendly service from the team. It was really great the breakfast restaurant with many options and great quality. Frank at the reception really helped us with the check in and the late check out. The spa area was amazing with much space, clean and even a swimsuit drying machine. Very satisfied with the experience and I would definitely consider repeating my stay when I’m back in Shanghai!

Price is very competitive as this is a five star hotel. Nice breakfast ! Quiet location.

The location is good, just easy access to subway. Restaurants nearby.

Receptionists’ attitudes and services need to be improved and better trained. I was given blocked view room on lower floor in which lay out was different from pictures I originally booked. The hotel offered to change to the right one only if you requested, which should not happen in this 5 star hotel.

It was a little far from the center of Shanghai, but convenient because it was on the side of the subway station.

I could not figure out how to drain the bathtub.

Really clean pool and facilities. Loved to sauna and jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings had plenty of nice restaurants. very happy with our stay.

It was a little hard to find after exiting the subway but I think that may just be my poor sense of direction.

the sauna was not very hot and the music in the gym was on very low volume and not very upbeat.

The jacuzzi is probably the largest in the city and perfect to relax in. The executive lounge is definitely worth the extra. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and well trained.
