The staff were all friendly and polite, although one morning there were a number of dirty tables at breakfast and 4 or 5 of the young waiters were stood around talking
The hotel is becoming DATED and is badly in need of some money being spent on it to update the interior fittings

The facilities at the hotel was good.
The aircon cannot be set to a lower temperature, called the concierge but they did not attend to the call.

room was large.
it was so outdated. the bedding was so uncomfortable… for some reason, my bedding smelled like men’s aftershave! I was so concerned about that thinking wasn’t the bedding changed. spoke to my colleague who stayed in a different room at the same time, said the same thing! if that was a way of adding refreshing scent, please dont. and the bedding was so rough. it was like sleeping wrapped in a worn out cotton towel. my shower water won’t go down after a shower, even the next night. hotel might have been great back in the day- but it’s so outdated now.

Room was made properly between nights.
Dirty (cigaret smell everywhere, old carpets), noisy (wedding took place in the hotel, loud music after 1 AM), disorganised (the hotel tried to make me pay for minibar consumptions I didn't have, first beer and chocolate, then randomly nuts...)

Quiet, cozy and clean room. Tasty breakfasts, nice space around. Good localisation if you want to stay in Ankara and rest after long day.

The hotel smelled from smoke all over. Including the non smoker room I got.

Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet, relaxing location. Very good breakfast, and very nice restaurant.
For me all was good. if you want to travel by public transportation may be another location might be more practical.

Location provides a nice view of Ankara and breakfast was nice
Wifi and room telephone didnt work the evening we checked in and only fixed the day after.
There were 1 shower and 1 bathtub in the room, but shower was too small.

Great beds, fantastic breakfast and very helpful staff!
Also heating was great in winter, not too overheated which is sometimes the case! Spacious rooms and corridors! 5 minutes taxi to Bilkent mall with good eating and drinking options. Nice pub at the hotel too. Pool looked great for the summer months.

The hotel is ok but seemed old fashioned, the staff was very nice and friendly
The hotel in booking pictures is different from the reality, the pool was super dirty, no tables near the pool for meals.
