Rooms are big
Reception staff are very uncooperative, stiff & over proud,all hotels nearby are less price and very comfortable.
My trip was during July and they told me that the air conditioning is not works and they have no staff to repair it and if ur not comfortable cancel your booking , i tried to contact to booking . Com but all e mails was no replay .
I will never go to this hotel even if i obliged to stay in the street or pay double price .

Staff very poor trained long face not smile old motel rusty furniture with dirty walls,Breakfast was ok, but not good price was high compere with other hotels!!!

- Location is good
- Staff carrying the bags were very welcoming and keep smiling and i do consider them the best thing in the hotel
- Highly priced.
- Breakfast was extremly bad and the cheese was moldy.
- Staff were polite except one of the reception staff who showed bad attitude and was treating guests impolitley.
- Window is not closing completley and cold air was coming from outside.
- Wifi is almost not working and you can see this issue since years according to the previous reviews.

Location was great.

The resturant decoration was cool.
Internet wifi is very very very bad.
Lighting inside the room was very bad and the room was almost dark.
Breackfast was very shallow and limited and no change at all.
Bed was small in size and uncomfortable at all. i suffered from back pain because of it.
Language was main barrier to communicate with staff. They do not speack english.
After 10 hours trip i arrived the hotel at 12pm but they did not allow me to check in before 2pm. we were very tired and slept in the loppy waiting the check in timing.
The electricity plugs are 2-pin type USA) while all my phone chsrgers are 3-pin (UK) type. So i had to buy some adaptors from the market.
Only one elevator is3O serving large number of rooms, so sometimes i was facing delay.
