Good room service, decent mini-bar, great shower and amenities. Quiet hotel with decent views.

attitude of the hotel staff. they called me after the booking reservation and they did not have suitable room for that price. after i contact booking.com customer service, they called me again and they said that they had availability. the only reason seems to sell more expensive room. no need such an easy trick.

Hotel is located on a mayor road in Ankara easy accessible by car. A mall is close by walking distance and number of restaurants as well in proximity of 10 minutes walk including petrol stations. Hotel it self is elegant and rooms are great. Staff was nice and helpful.

The SPA centre was closed morning time or no staff available.

Staff is incredibly rude, weird attitude and very poor service. The porter starts to talk about the extra facilities which obviously cost money... Lastly during checking, receptionist was so rude. This hotel worths half of its price.

Room door card magnet loses its function very quickly..when you return from outside the hotel..you have to activate it at the reception frequently...The reception will help you always..
