Location was good
Charging you for fried eggs after you paid for breakfast. We were told take had to take from the boiled eggs on the buffet.

The room offered ample space, and the breakfast options were extensive. I liked Selim from the front desk, he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
In spite of my request for a non-smoking room, my assigned room had a strong smell of smoke. Moreover, the electronic system for accessing power in the room was incredibly bothersome, requiring multiple attempts to make it work properly. The air conditioning proved inadequate in cooling the room, leaving it uncomfortable. Additionally, inviting friends to the room was cumbersome as they had to be mentioned by name during check-ins, otherwise, access to the room was not permitted.

Very nice, modern, clean, well located hotel in the commercial area of Ankara. Very good breakfast and very comfortable beds. The hotel also accommodated the parking for our car and generally the staff was very nice.
Rooms not too big, no balcony to allow smoking and no alcohol served in the hotel (actually no bar or equivalent facilities), which by itself is no drama, but gives you a subtle feeling of being disciplined about the virtues of life, which is not quite what you want in a holiday.

The staff was so polite, kind and helpful... The rooms and the hotel over all are so clean and tidy ... The location is almost in the center, 10 minutes far away from Kuğulu Park on foot ...

it was clean and decent. sone of the front hall staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially Selim. he was very polite and trying to solve the issues with kindness and gentle.
before booked date, i emailed to query if i could check out 2 hours late. i was told as long as there is available room, i could. upon my arrival, despite having empty rooms i was asked to pay half day room rate for 2 hours. i had to relay the emailing. at the end issue was resolved without extra cost; however inconsistence messages was not pleasant.

it looks good only on the pictures
first of all be ready the cleaning lady will open your room and check your belongings leaved at the room even if you put this “don’t disturb” thing on the door.
secondary they call you in advance to say that checkout time is 12, so you feel uncomfortable like they are waiting you to leave.
thirdly they blame us to eat something from the mini bar even if you didn’t. make sure you took a pic of minibar while you checking in.
fourthly the room smoked so your clothes will smell so bad.
fifthly the breakfast is very poor, all looks like snacks. no sausages, no hot food for breakfast.
finally it’s old. photos taken long time ago.

we don’t find any thing , It indicates that there is no mini-bar, not for free, and that the mini-bar is more expensive than the room rent

The room was nice and spacious but not soundproofing.
The hygiene was of a good level.
We decided to choose a junior suite for better comfort (room 301), however the room is not soundproofing as described on the website.
Plenty of noise could be heard till 3rd floor, cars, clacson, Muslim pray "recall" at 5 am.
When I explained my disappointment to the receptionist, it was explained that soundproofing for them it means that the hotel is located in a quiet area, which is neather true.
Definitely, soundproofing shall be related to the premesis and not the outer environment.
The Ad described the room having city wiew however we could see the front building 10/15 away from us.
In end, but not for importance, the beds were too hard and uncomfortable.
I expect much more by a 4 starts hotel.

They need to clean the carpets in the room since there was a lot of stains on the carpet.
