The hotel is wonderful and its people make it greater…. We met lots of great characters who contributed immensely to making our stay so memorable. Paolo the head concierge was amazingly helpful. Such a gentleman!

Great hotel, incredible views. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Great facilities, great location right beside town.
It took us 20min to get the attention of the waitress in the near empty bar then 20 more minutes to get a drink, the cocktails were FAR below standard (how do you muck up a Mojito so badly?), like seriously terrible and the singer/pianist was hilariously bad (his poor singing was the highlight of our experience, it was so bad it was funny). They have the best views from the deck and we only went there once after that experience we dined/drank elsewhere in town.

The most friendly and accommodating staff I have met in a very long time. From the owner personally receiving us to reception accommodating last a minute restaurant reservation for 8 guests! The rooms and grounds of this historic hotel ooze character and charm.

No air conditioning and rooms were hot. This was contrary to room facilities advised by Booking.com wherein you stated the rooms had aircon.

Everything was outstanding. The Manager was so generous and provided an upgraded room because we wanted a room with a balcony. The location, restaurants, spa, facilities were all excellent.

The room was very small for the money we paid, noisy when when window was opened. the bed TV screen was very close, never seen before like this in my life, felt like a cheap red heart hotel.

Fantastic hotel with great location. Excellent staff and service, especially the concierge and front staff. Would recommend this hotel to everybody who enjoys luxury and great service. The gym was good and the breakfast was very good. Great bar and restaurant. Truly a fantastic hotel.
The beds was not to comfortable and there was a perfume smell in the room that came from the aircondition that was overwhelming.

Everything about this property was wonderful. A beautiful interior with amazing artworks. Every staff member was outstanding in every area. We had the best stay, feeling sad to leave as we were treated with such care and a genuine effort from all to make our stay very special. The Savoy restaurant and staff were amazing on our visits there. The food excellent quality and presentation.

Friendly staff , excellent location within walking distance to the pedestrian shopping and restaurant area , great breakfast , awesome facilities including lobby area , restaurant , sports/cigar bar , spa , and ski room which is very useful. Departure flight was early , hotel staff were very kind and prepared breakfast-to-go boxes. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The loud cars making noise at night in the parking.In the same period with us, there was a group of about 15 sports cars that were trying to show off in the parking from the hotel and at night they were accelerating making it difficult to sleep.

The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us. The reception staff were friendly and organised, the concierge was knowledgeable, the bar staff could make a great drink and the restaurant staff were attentive.
The rooms were recently refurbished (except bathrooms - see below) and brilliantly presented. Great location, being moments away from Cortina centre.
The bathrooms are more than adequate but were not part of the recent refurbishment. Otherwise the hotel is fantastically presented in a great location in Cortina.
