We had a late check in and the staff was very accommodating. They waited till 10 pm but unfortunately due to the long road trip, we reached closer to 11pm. We stayed there for the night before leaving to Gold Coast.
The check in was smooth and seamless. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. They had the amenities as required.
Check out was smooth as well.
Amritpal was really nice and friendly. He came to check on us the next day to ensure everything was smooth. Was a good experience and stay.

Last minute booking - was accommodated and treated well when we arrived. The room was very clean, the bed was pretty comfy (if you like a firm mattress) and the shower was awesome. I was very happy overall and would definitely stay there again. 😊
It wasn't terrible, but the mattress was a little too firm for me - you can't please everyone huh 🙂

Great location, pretty quiet, pet friendly but I booked the wrong room so had an extra charge for my companion pup. So good to have a grassy area for the pets to use.
I tried to use the aircon but it didn't like me, I should have asked for help, but was only there for two nights. Also some pet owners not picking up after their animals despite having doggie bags, shovel & bin in the grassy area.

Location is great, so many shops around and cafe nearby. Services were really good. We had some issues with booking, but it was solved with satisfaction.
The bookings selection can be more clear on pet, I guess it is Bookings platform issue.

Rooms need major uplift. Mattress was the worst we have experienced and we are seasoned travellers. Looks as if the owners are new as they have started to upgrade the exterior. Could I suggest start with some paint on the interior and PLEASE upgrade your mattresses.

Location and friendly managers.
Microwave didn't didn't work, shower drain blocked, some lights not working. No instructions on how to work TV. We were frightened to go out our door because of the unsavoury people staying in other units.

Dog friendly room & grassed enclosed area for toilet trips for him. Very comfortable room. Friendly staff. Breakfast delivered to room was nice.

The welcome received was wonderful Sandy and Jonas went above and beyond for our entire stay. It was lovely to have met them. We were sad that we didn't get to thank them in person and say goodbye.

Male staff at reception very helpful, it's a good value for money and free breakfast served on time in the morning is well presented too! Housekeeping staff friendly and care guest pets.
Hoping that pet friendly rooms will be more accessible when you have to take pets outside especially at night. Ours at the middle of property far from the grass area!

It was very nice that they are cat friendly. We are very appreciative that the reception staff let us check in early on the day so we can let the cats go to the room first. will definitely come back again if we visiting Toowoomba.
