Booking stated Breakfast from 6.30. When we went for Breakfast no one was around. Saw a sign stating office open from 7.00 am.
Went to see again at 7.15am. No one around and everything locked up. Breakfast was included in our price. Disappointing.

Very good value for money and just around the corner from Toowoomba hospital where we had an early appointment. Great wifi. Easy to find and plenty of parking .Suited our needs perfectly.

The aircon was the old box type & was very noisy. Room was small but ok for the price.

The room is exactly as it was in the photos. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great value for money too.
The tap in the bathroom was dripping.

Great location for the course that I attended at the training centre on Duhig street. Quick Uber ride to town and restaurant.
Didn’t realise it had rooms in the main building but was fine. Noisy AC unit and very cold at night so may benefit from electric blankets on the beds.

we had to rush to get there travelling from over 9hrs away as on booking.com it didn’t mention that we had to book in by 7pm. thought that there might be a lockbox for late check ins. so made it a bit more of a rushed trip.

I enjoy the location and the friendliness of the manager
I have stayed there previously and I found room 9 was a larger room, more modern and the road traffic wasn’t so noisy.

Excellent location to Toowoomba General Hospital and other amenities. The grounds of the property were excellent, very well maintained, same with the rooms. Huge thumbs up from me.
