nothing, the owner contacted me and said the unit was taken and asked me to go to Azure residence, as it was last minute and I was travelling with my elderly parents I went. the unit was dirty , cockroaches running around the bathroom, kitchen and common living area, just 1 bathroom (whereas the unit I booked was 2 bathroom) I send video of the cockroaches running yet the owner wasn’t helpful. the worse stay. totally will never recommend.

the parking is in another block, they don’t even hve handicap parking near the lobby of the residence. my dad is a disabled person with OKU card. the kitchen to has no head. I informed the owner I wanted a change of place, but he was very unhelpful, his name was Mr CK. I paid RM300 security deposit to him as he requested and he said will be refunded within 24 hours but it has been over 3 days but my security deposit is not refunded.

the owners management. we lost the key after check in but no assistance was given to us. no replacement key offered instead request us to make police report. the owners should do the report not us. I had to speak to the guards to get into the unit as there was another key left inside the unit. they were only concerned about charging penalty instead of helping. had to spend more than 2 hours getting this sorted out on my own

Love the environment. Beds were comfortable. Water purifier available. Spacious kitchen. Facilities available, but due to time constraint only my son enjoyed the pool. Lifts were clean, properly maintain, and no long waiting.

Need another access key, since there's 5 of us and 2 cars. Low water pressure in the bath room. Bathroom water outlet flow slow due to design problem & having a strange odor.

The apartment was very spacious. I like the washing machine and fridge too.

The toilets were smelly, especially the one upstairs. Sometimes it will smell of sewage and sometimes of immensely overpowering disinfectants. These smells will permeate throughout the entire apartment when they arrive. The entire apartment complex seems to use a single drain shared by every other unit as I could still hear water draining when no one is using the bathrooms. The water in the toilet will become yellowish after a while after flushing even though no one had used it before. There are some times when small floating specks of matter which I suspect is faeces, will appear in the toilet a while after flushing. The water pressure of the shower was very weak. The floor of the shower stall was very slippery and I had to scrub it clean myself.

I like the following: 1. It is near my office 2. It is easy to grab food or find grab 3. The host is very accommodative 4. My children love the pool 5. Good security 6. Basic cooking utensils provided 7. Towels provided 8. Everything in the house works 9. The mattresses

1. The way to enter the parking basement is confusing initially and that all the security personnel (4 of them) I asked were not well verse on the layout of their building. I had to turn around many times initially before I found the right entrance. Then once I reached the parking level, I turned 2 times to find the parking spot, just because there were barriers everywhere. After that, the entrance to the Block lift is not clearly indicated. I tried to enter from the back door before i reached out to the security who then showed me the front entrance which turned out to be located on the other side. But don't worry, the host will provide a video for you, they just forgot to give me. 2. No phone/internet connectivity in the basement but there is security personel room just in case you got into trouble. 3. The house is not suitable for young children. Even though the host kindly got me a child proof gate for the stairs below but when we were upstairs, the children can still access the stairs. 4. The iron provided had sticky things on it. When I used it, the things melted and smeared my white shirt. But the host offered to get it changed. I hope they changed it after my stay. 5. Not enough rack to dry clothes. There was one cloth hanging rack provided but it was not stabile.

I love all the decoration and indoor of the loft. So, pretty. They provide tv with Netflix & youtube, a washing machine to wash your dirty clothes, a stove & gas for small cooking, 2 bathrooms (1 washroom & 1 toilet), a microwave and also cleaning tools (sponge & soap dishes) for wash dish.

There is some management problem. It's not the host fault. It's the building management problem. This is because I came in 2 cars. So, one of the cars needs to park at the valet. The valet near is near to the lift to our room but in another building. So, we need to register before entering the building. Oh! One more thing, before booking ask for the deposit money. I forgot to ask mine.

Easy communication with host and very clear instructions for check in and check out. The place was very comfortable and clean.
