Free parking and convenience of location for work. Fridge in room.

The rooms are clean, but my room was very small for the price and the bathroom was extremely small with no bath which for the price was extremely disappointing. Furniture was mostly chipped and outdated which again, for the price I would not expect. Broken bedside lamp. Website does not convey how tired and outdated the hotel is. The carpets in the hall ways and corridors are disgusting. For the price I would expect more as well as a hot breakfast. Also very small window in my room so room was dark and stuffy. There was also a constant smell of cooking and the downstairs breakfast room smelt foul most of the time.

Easy to find, close to tube, free parking. Had a free room upgrade for my wifes graduation, room was clean spacious, fridge was handy to keep our water cool, also have a freezer compartment to re-freeze our ice blocks. Staff went out of they way to make our stay really nice.

The decor in places was looking a little tired, some areas needed a lick of paint. Was not an issue for us but I can see some people would moan about this.

Literally just a place to stay after a concert. Was well over priced.

when arrived at night was waiting for someone to open a gate for 15 minutes. then I called reception and asked to open the gate. she said she was busy…no one was there. window in the room was broken and cello taped also impossible to sit at the desk as under the desk was a fridge so was no space for the legs.

Somehow I expected more for my money. Disappointed to arrive to be told there is no bar. This wasn't clear to me when reviewing the hotel prior to booking.

i am getting charged from the property & I haven’t getting the refund of my preauthorision yet. I’m still yet to get 150£ refund from 17 feb and got charged 365£ on 26 feb which i was told - 150£ would be refunded but i got charged again 215£ from the property again. blocking my card now. this is unacceptable

The hotel didn’t have any other guests. It was clean safe and quiet. Staff couldn’t do enough to help us out and lots of parking. Tube is 15 minute walk away. Gorgeous building and courtyard. Room facilities good. Tea, Coffee, Water fruit and biscuits! Nice bathroom. Hairdryer in room.

Walking home from Brent Cross tube at night was a bit scary as not lit and someone on a moped tried to swipe my phone. would recommend using Hendon Central instead. No problems with the hotel itself.
