The location, the staff, air conditioning rooms! I rested very well even though I mentioned that I could hear the other guests in the next room. I was at peace and relaxed! I was treated so well during my check in and because of them and their hospitality, I shall return!

There was no phone to contcat reception, no bar, restaurant, housekeeping entered my room twice without knocking! There was no table, uncomfortble twin beds, no closet in the room, air conditioning kept turning off, the walls were so thin, I could hear the people next door, no shower gel, shampoo or hand wash, no "do not disturb" signs. But even though I have listed all of these things, I will STILL return because my stay was nice and pleasant. Staff are exceptional!

Bedden onlogisch geplaatst (twee bedden naast elkaar maar je kon niet voor of achter het bed langs lopen, dus je moest over het bed heen om van de ene kant naar andere kant van de kamer te komen). Erg warm in de kamer. Raam kon niet open, wat ik ergens begrijp, maar de airco maakte ontzettend veel kabaal. Erg gehorig, veel geluidsoverlast van andere gasten (deuren hard dicht doen ed) Normaal slapen we prima bij easyhotel, helaas deze keer niet.

Good location, close to the main tourist attractions in the city. In close proximity to a public transport stop.

The description of the rooms, as well as the photos in Booking did not correspond to reality. The room had two single beds. The distance between the bottom of the bed and the wall was 5 centimeters and I literally had to jump over one bed to get to the other. At first they refused to change our room, but at the end, they offered me a completely identical room, i.e. they had no alternative. The staff at the reception - a man and a woman - were extremely impolite, they didn't care at all that I couldn't move freely in the room. The bathroom had only one door, which served to close two rooms at the same time, the toilet and the bathroom. Complete horror and absurdity. Not a single window in the hotel room could be opened. I felt like I was going to suffocate. I had not spent the night in a smaller and more uncomfortable room. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone! Avoid it even! It was terrible experience! I will put pictures from Booking and from my actual room to see the lie.

Läget var riktigt bra och parkeringsmöjligheter i garage fanns i närheten för €25 per dygn (betalas på hotellet). Sängen och kudden var bekväm, men enbart ett täcke. Lite trafikljud, men inget man vaknade av.

Där fanns enbart två eluttag i hela rummet, varav ena mitt i sängen och andra vid ytterdörren. Den vid sängen gjorde att min laddkabel gick sönder då man drog ner kabeln och telefonen i sömnen utan att jag märkte det. Sängens position i rummet var märklig, det fanns rumsyta på andra sidan men sängen täckte hela rummets bredd så man kom inte förbi utan behövde klättra över sängen för att komma till fönstret. Placeringen av toaletten var tight.
