La struttura è nel centro città, raggiungibile in 20 minuti di auto dall’aeroporto.
La zona è molto trafficata e rumorosa, ma la struttura è accogliente e il personale gentile.
La camera è molto pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario (phon incluso). Aria condizionata e ventilatori funzionanti. La connessione Wi-Fi è accettabile. La colazione è abbondante e il ristorante è buono sia per il pranzo che per la cena.
La penisola di Msasani è a 20 minuti di macchina (facilmente raggiungibile con i Bolt).
La nostra camera era al sesto piano e si sentivano tutti i rumori della strada molto trafficata fin dalla mattina presto.

We were a group of 12 and stayed at the Urban Rose Hotel. The manager, Mr. Raaj was fantastic. He took care of our airport shuttle by providing a bus to and from the airport. It was reassuring to know the hotel would pick us up at 1100pm at night. He also arranged a wonderful breakfast buffet for 530 am on the day we were traveling to the airport. He and the managers of each shift was very helpful. Mr. Raaj suggested we spend the day in Mbudya Island by taking a short boat ride to this beautiful island which was a secluded white sand pristine beach. There were huts and they served fresh fish and lobster. The restaurant in the Urban Rose Hotel served delicious Indian and Chinese food. I would definitely stay again if I return to Tanzania.
The stay was wonderful so there was nothing I did not like.

The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and peaceful. The staff are just awesome. The location is also excellent, centrally located and close to most useful places

The restaurant is very good! The room is big and joyce and the whole staff are very nice!
We didn't have a very good internet connection in one side of the room.

Rooms were really old, smelly and dirty. Rates should be cheaper than what they offer. And the internet was really slow.
The upside is that the staff were friendly and helpful. They also dropped us at the Ferry Terminal which was really convenient.

Breakfast has a good choice. Staff were very nice and responsive. The location was central for my business meetings and the accommodation was comfortable
The wifi initially did not work well not after a booster was provided, it worked quite well

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - driver, reception, cleaning lady, security... everyone :). They organized a free pick up from the ferry and a check-out in the middle of the night was no problem.

Nothing specific is outstanding about the hotel except they serve good Indian food.
Rooms are now very old, Bathrooms are outdated, No Value for money as you get better options in Dar at same price.

The staff were amazing! They responded to all of my questions so fast. I had a free ferry pick up, and catered to our crazy flight schedule out at 2:30am. They made a fresh breakfast box for us and had everything organised for us. They were incredible and would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

The overall stay was excellent..... Hats off to all staff.... Breakfast was very good.... Raaj, the manager was friendly and made our stay very comfortable to the extent that we got take away breakfast when leaving very early in the morning..... All staff were excellent including the driver who picked us and dropped us off....
