I didn't think there would be a hotel that becomes a worse experience than a certain hotel in Ireland, but clearly, I was wrong. The windows in the rooms can't be opened. The room has a tiny vent that is far from enough for a room this size and two people in it. And what's worse it blows out dirt. (you can see the pic of the wall just opppsite it fairly close. I asked for a window opener less than an hour after my arrival. For the next 2 days I got: in the storage room (not), tomorrow (not), tomorrow again. The third day I got told opening one window to air out one room would mess up the heating and vent of the whole building. (If that's true the building should not be operated for guests) Lies and false promises. All the while the room was stuffy and hot even with the heating turned off and even in November making sleep impossibe. The third day they offer another room. Upon asking if it has openable window or it will be all the same they say it's the same. Then what's the point of dragging everything to another hot and stuffy and dirty room for one more night? Apart from the wall at the vent, the vent in the bathroom was mouldy, so was the shower and there was a suspicious furry looking thing above the door. The faulty fire alarm went off on one of the night around 1am making everyone go out, wait for the fire brigade to tell us that yeah, no fire we can go back. The hotel's 'support staff' is all nice and helpful until the moment they get your money. From that moment on they are rude, condescending, lying and generally treat you like dirt.

Spacious, apartment-like room. Well-equipped with fridge, microwave owen, kettle. The location is great, the ferry port, the train station, and most of the attractions are within a walking distance. There are many groceries nearby. Easy check-in/checkout.

I expected more in terms of cleanliness. The previous guest's socks was on the floor. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. It was quite cold in the room, one of the three radiators didn't heat.

I liked the location, it was perfect for our stay in Helsinki over one night.

The whole check in system that you have isnt great! I ve recieved a wrong key for the entrace and spent some time just trying to get inside and worm myself, find out how to get into an apartment.

Location of accomodation is great, near Kammpi. Room was spacy and tidy. In room was microwave oven, kettle and coffe maker. There was also luggage room.

No possibility of breakfast.

The hotel is dirty and not representative of the advertisement. They refuse to refund my money when I didn't even stay in their shabby hotel.

We arrived very early before the check in, so wanted to leave bags in luggage room, but took time until the stuff responded on my massage, so we were outside with bags until check in.

Excellent location

good location, excellent bed/bedding.

room was good size but not enough kitchen equipment, nor ease of washing dishes. Bathroom floor was wet and puddling on arrival. I would've liked to have opened windows or had control on room temperature.

Great location. Male representative (sorry, did not remember his name) was very helpful in resolving my check-in issue (due to their system error).

My check-in was delayed due to the error in their system, and they did not suggest any perks to accommodate for that.

Problems with the shower switch. As i was just for two days i just managed to adopt but should be fixed in the future No doors in the shower Mold on the floor in the bathroom

Great location , good shopping nearby, really clean and safe rooms with microwave and fridge. Rooms very big. Communication and access, check in smooth and flawless . Loved the Hotel and felt very at home.
