The location was convenient and it was cute inside.

There was a handful of damages and it felt a little unsafe sometimes, also wifi didn’t work.

The location is probably the only positive during this stay.

I did not enjoy the rats in the house, the cockroaches crawling all over the place, the open sewer cap outside, or not receiving the pin for the door until well after check in time. The driveway is only sand/mud so take care driving in, bring extension cords as the outlets do not work in the main bedroom. When we checked in there were freshly dead roaches in the middle of the rooms so I suspect this house was not cleaned. Between the rats, roaches, and broken smoke detectors it’s a very unclean and unsafe place to stay.

neighborhood is a bit sketchy looking UF turned out to be fine! we felt completely safe.

the outside … the garden is not maintained at all

it’s clean and in a great location. spacious, good if you have a group together. great value and it’s close to downtown. the kitchen was good. air conditioning works great.

the trims from the landscaping was left right at the front door.
