The house is in best location , we was very happy with that. We are family of 4 and have kids under 6 and omg in this house u have anything you could imagine to need 😊 We highly recommend this house for families 👪

The house was in a fairly quiet location. Well equipped. The neighbours are lovely. The house is homely. The leather sofa and Tv were good. Close to both beaches. The towels were soft and fluffy. Electric Cooker good. Microwave easy to use. Lovely to have 2 bathrooms. The fridge had a small freezer compartment.

Some people locally can be noisy and also the seagulls. The washing machine did not work and we were told about this on our way there on the train. I am still waiting for my requested refund towards the inconvenience this caused. The company (Sykes) dealing with the booking could be reached by phone but they did not resolve the issue. The amount of emails sent originally were excessive by the company, repeating the info already sent. Yet they did not send one single email about the washing machine problem. A new washing machine could have been installed whilst we were there. I expect the next people to arrive would also not have the benefit of a washing machine. The beds were ok but the duvets were synthetic. I could not close the key lock box when leaving. The dining table kept tipping. Sometimes the downstairs toilet cistern kept the water running in the loo. The locks on the bathrooms need attention. When we arrived I must have touched a freshly painted surface somewhere as I had white paint on me. I expect someone did some "touching up" as no one is allowed to arrive before 5pm. No alarm went off when I accidentally burnt some toast.

What breakfast ?

Happy with everything except the freezer was ridiculous. Family house needs family freezer. That freezer compartment needs tossing. That was the only big let down.

Great accommodation, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Only a small thing was the location it was about a 10-15min walk from the South Bay were most of the attractions were.
