Amazing view! Odesa is my love.

Great place. Great view. The place has everything you need and sunrises are magnificent from those windows.

The location was absolutely phenomenal. The views of the Black Sea from the wall of windows facing it was just completely sublime. The apartment itself was very clean, well appointed with fresh towels and linens, lotions, shampoos and soaps. We were especially pleased with the high-end coffee machine which was capable of making a variety of drinks. All of the appliances were clean and modern. The bathtub and shower were wonderful. Everything about this apartment definitely says luxury, 100%. One other nice surprise was the media system which project HD options (projected upon the wall, very large) and good music options via bluetooth connection. The hosts were great and made everything very easy, including arranging for a parking space (at an additional charge) in the garage directly adjacent to the lift that delivers you to the room on the 20th floor. Check-in was a breeze with the key lockbox located right next to the door and we were able to fully self check-in. No hassles at all with arrival at the apartment. One thing you should definitely be aware of is that this is a "couples" apartment. The bathtub and shower are fully exposed (the toilet itself is private), so probably not a place you want to share with others or with children. But for a romantic getaway for two this place is just perfect. I also want to recommend the location. The apartment is located just next to the "Zdorova Trassa" health trail and makes for easy walks to Arkadia and the sea shore of the Black Sea, along with plenty of nice restaurants and other eating, drinking, and shopping options, even when it is not in summer. If you don't mind a little longer walk (about 5km) you can also walk the Zdorova Trassa all the way up to the City Center. Also, there are great restaurants, shopping, and supermarkets nearby (the other direction from the Sea) which worked out great when we wanted to stay very close to the apartment. I like the location, which is close to city center, at the same time away from Hectic places. The direct view to the sea. It is really beautiful sunrise and sunset. Residential construction is new neat and tidy. The layout of apartment is good enough, modern design

The apartment was kind of old, looks like renovation was done Long time back, looks quite battered. The sofa was dirty and outworn, which we cover with sheet, otherwise nobody wants to sit on it. The plug in bathroom was Broken and taken out of the wall, but it doesn’t bother the staff to fix it. There was a washing machine and dishwasher but no tablets and lan. powder was provided . I think for the same price I could stay in 5* property which is neat and tidy at least.

Beautiful apartment

Definitely my best experience in Odessa. Flat was perfectly clean with unique design and amazing sea view. A lot of attention to details and small necessities. Very easy to self check in and helpful hosts.

Perfect location, excellent view, very clean apartment, tv was so comfortable, you can move different directions.

The host needs to improving communication skills and being more friendly.
