The staff at Mai Phuong Binh are very kind and helpful, always with a smile and happy to help.
The buffet breakfast is amazing, the best we had in a long time. Nice pool and the room was comfortable!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and location. Staff helped us out by letting us stay for a few extra hours when our flight was delayed.

The rooms were basic but very spacious. Staff were super friendly and went out their way to make us feel welcomed. Breakfast was mostly local food but there was an option of eggs, toast, fruit and pancakes. Swimming pool was an added bonus.

Professional staff, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great, eggs / omelette cooked to order were lovely, not all oily like other places. Pool area is nice, my flight was in the evening so they suggested to use the pool and outside shower cubicle which was great. Close to the beach.
Not a negative but I asked the receptionist about the airport bus and she was adamant there was none but I took it from the street outside to the airport with no problem. It was pretty frequent.

super lovely bungalow hotel, the location is quite central but the accomodation is calm and you can really relax, pool was nice, great variety at the breakfast buffet, staff speaks english and is very friendly and helpful

Location is good, couple of minutes to beach.
Breakfast, especially when there is a lot of people, staff can't replenish food. But it's a small problem.

Everything was spot on the staff couldn't do enough for you clean and organized breakfast buffet was top 10/10 thanks to all the staff for making our stay stress free happy day's ❤️

The environment was just near to walking street and beachside. I would say it's a great location to access all the places. Friendly English speaking staffs. You can also rent a motorbike here. Breakfast was good enough the price. Clean room and pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Location close to centre of town mini mart restaurants and beach transport easy at main road short taxi ride to night market quiet room air conditioning works well managed well very helpful and English well spoken overall very clean and daily room service and great Vietnamese buffet style breakfast felt very safe in the area
This is not criticism but bungalows and property landscaping as with a lot of less expensive accommodations is in need of outside professional repairs to impress future clients

The bungalow was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet. This bungalows hotel is ideally located, close to the beach and amenities. The pool was very nice. The breakfast was copious and very good. The staff was friendly, willing to help and give good advice. I really enjoyed my stay.
