We were delayed by two days arriving in Sofia but the hotel kept our room available. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and were able to advise us about a number of issues and excursions. The room was clean and comfortable with a small kitchen area and fridge. The hotel is within walking distance of most main places of interest. No hesitation in recommending.

Άνετο καθαρό ζεστό δωμάτιο στην νέα πτέρυγα του ξενοδοχείου μόλις 7 λεπτά από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο της Σόφιας. Ευγενικό προσωπικό πολύ ωραίο πρωινό με πάρκινγκ.

Όλα ήταν μια χαρά.

The room was clean, pretty spacious and the bed was big and comfortable.

The noise of trams.

Бях настанена в новата част на хотела. Свежо, чисто, модерна стая. Високи тавани. По- уютно и приятно от останалата част на хотела. Бях приятно изненадана.

Мивката в банята беше леко пукната, което ме изненада за нова стая.

Very nice (quite upmarket) hotel in a good location in Sofia. About 10 minute walk to an underground station with a direct link to the airport (you will be at the airport in under 30 minutes). Nice modern rooms. Very nice breakfast. Nice English speaking staff. A great option in Sofia.

The wifi was terrible.

Stayed for a few nights with my wife during our vacations and first time in Sofia. We stayed in one of the new bedroom which was fantastic, bed was excellent, bedroom was clear, A/C worked perfectly. Breakfast is pretty good too. Location is close (walking distance) to most of the main city attractions and good restaurants. Hotel is also 6min walking distance from one of the main Metro stations of the city and from there we could go anywhere we wanted.

Breakfast can get a bit crowded, specially on weekends...with lack of food.

The room was a total disaster everything was broken like this room just had a bomb blown inside it!

Room pretty large, nice space.

The window of the room opens to an interior terrace which is full of garbage. Same garbage view is from the corridor in front of the elevator. Low quality pillows, hard to rest on. Low quality breakfast, poor food, poor coffee.

The power kept on tripping even though the room key was in the slot. It was dirty and old. Old furniture and unusable apart from bed. The lighting in the room was very strong (blue). And there was a lack of lights in the bathroom Staff didn't seem that welcoming.

Espresso was very good.

Breakfast - There were various types of meat available, but none of them were labeled, which made it inconvenient for people with specific preferences. Additionally, there were no bottles of water provided in the room as is typically expected for complimentary use.
