location was good, walking distance to legoland. though signage could be clearer

aircon was restricted to 23 degree for the lowest temperature. sweating for 6 hours in the room while we wait for the room to be cold.

The location is ideal for families visiting Legoland. It was very convenient to access, and Medini Mall was also a great addition.

The restaurant was undergoing maintenance, so I didn't expect the bento to be provided. It would have been more helpful if the notice was given at the time of booking.

The cleaning services. The dish washing sponge got hair on it. We threw it away but the cleaner put it back in the same place after.

Front desk personnel was pleasant, carpark was always available eventhough it’s kind of dark and creepy even during the day (there was a guard at the entrance and exit of the carpark at all times), building was in walking distance to gleneagles medini hospital, mall of medini and legoland (other places i would recommend other places of stay), balcony needs to sign waiver to open up and room+bathroom is spacious enough for family usage.

Master bathroom showerhead is at a very weird height kinda feels like it is only meant for kids to shower there, microwave was not working + washing machine was not washing our clothes (clothes giving the wet cloth smell) and when the technician came, he gave a very rude remark “masih boleh pakai” which is funny since i explained to him what the issue is and it’s a bit awkward since both of us speak english and malay which makes misunderstanding each other the more difficult. Lobby to check in was really warm, doesn’t help that for the whole 4 days it feels like the lobby doesn’t have aircon so that guest would feel comfortable (funny since that’s the first place guest would see n feel if the place is worthy, if the place is clean and spotless plus sofas are nice, it would be pointless if u switch off the aircon cause your staff could not stand the cold or u probably are saving on electricity, i would provide them jackets and inner layers.

Bed sheet, comforters & pillow sheet need to change to others whom stay at the apartment. To avoid Covid..

The staff are friendly, quiet place even in the city. Near the legoland & retails.

Love the fact that it was just a walking distance to Legoland. We love our room. Very accommodating for our small family. I booked a king studio room that has a small sofa bed. Just nice for my daughter to sleep on. We’ve requested for extra blankets and pillows and was promptly provided. Love how the kitchen amenities was fully equipped. Easy for us to prepare quick and easy meal for ourselves. Iron was provided inside the room too. Very convenient. We would definitely come back.

The breakfast was just too simple and no croissants.😆 but actually it was ok.
