My family of three spent a week at this cute beach house located just a couple of blocks from the beach. It was in a great, convenient location and the property owner was very professional to work with. The pool was very nice as well. We would recommend as a home away from home at the beach.

Location was good and easy walk to the beach. Property was good overall with enough space for our group of 8. Only negative was the walls were grimy, but the rest of the place was clean.

The house is in need of a deep cleaning but you don’t notice it if you aren’t looking closely. My teenage daughter has a fear of spiders so she noticed every cobweb. The staircase is a little steep but other than that the home served our family of 6 perfectly.

The house is conveniently located about 2 blocks from the beach and between 5-15 minutes away from the attractions of Myrtle Beach(like the Skywheel, Alligator Adventure, Mini Golf and many restaurants). Lily is very quick to respond to any questions you may have and send you everything you need to stay at her house 1-2 weeks before your stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable. I would stay here again.

My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Lily’s place. She answered fast if we had anyone questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. The location of the house was perfect, it was a short walk to the beach and had a nice pool as well. It was a good amount of space and had nice appliances to use. We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. The location of this cute house is just 3 blocks from the beach and close to many stores and attractions. The owner was very responsive.

Room for improvement
The house could really use some work. The walls are filthy dirty, the laundry room smells really funny, the bathroom floors are disgusting, the garbage can had dirty liquid floating on the bottom. I told the homeowner the conditions of the house and that it really needed a deep cleaning. She said they would have the cleaning company address it but not until after we left.
We didn't find out until after we arrived that the dryer was broke so we were without a dryer for the whole week. When you are in town for a baseball tournament you are constantly washing uniforms so this was a major inconvenience. The homeowner credited us $20 back and told us where the local laundromat was. The stove broke one day as well but it was repaired later that day but not before having to eat two meals out for a family of five. We were again credited another $20 back. Overall we were given $70 back my husband and I felt they could have done better.

Great getaway - spacious place and very close to the beach
The place is exactly as advertised - the owner Lily is very involved in the process from start to finish very clear instructions. She constantly is in touch to ensure we were didn't need anything. The house is in great shape, has two parking slots and is very close to the beach. It is very conveniently located off two major roads and all shopping/dining/entertainment needs are within a few blocks. You can even walk to the Walmart. Would love to come back in the future.

Nice place!
This really was a nice place to stay. The only thing I will say is be very careful of the step up from the parking lot, and then the tiny step up onto the porch. Both me and my husband tripped over it and fell into the door. (I didn't know he did the night before I did!).

Great Beach House
This house was only two blocks from the beach. The rooms are large and there were even beach chairs for us to use. The location was perfect and my kids loved the pool. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice, clean house in a nice location
The house was perfectly clean and is only a short walk from the beach. The boardwalk is only a short drive away and there are plenty of things to do within walking distance. Small essentials like toilet paper and towels were provided. The property owner was very accommodating and easy to get in contact with. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I needed to go on a escape during these crazy covid times. Knowing we would not be doing many of our usual things due to COVID I didn’t want to be stuck in a hotel room so I found Lily’s wonderful beach cottage! It was perfect! Clean, well appointed and there are many places to walk to: Walmart and some restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here so much I bookmarked it for when we return! It was also very budget friendly too. Lily is just a text away should you need something. Thanks Lily!!!

Excellent location. Walking distance to the beach, close to lots of restaurants and various activities, very close to Walmart Neighborhood Market for purchasing food. Lily kept us informed the whole time and we even got to enjoy the new sofa and loveseat that was delivered during the middle of our week stay. She was very attentive to our needs and made staying at her beach house a pleasant experience. We would stay again.

This property is well maintained and equipped. It is a great launch site for all points of interest in and near Myrtle Beach. Such a nice vacation with my daughters. Absolutely Amazing Stay!
Defaintly recommend this beach house for your next vacation! VERY clean! Had an abundance of kitchen utensils as well as towels, blankets, and pillows! Extremely close to the beach! Quiet and calm neighborhood. I also enjoyed the pool being salt water based opposed to chlorine! Great location for access to Broadway, Family Kingdom, the main strip, and other main attractions. The owner was also very helpful with any questions or concerns we had! Will most certainly keep this property in mind for my next visit to Myrtle Beach!
