location was perfect , close to many cafe bars and the beach . The apartment was spotless and plenty of space . had everything we needed . the metro is 10 minutes walk away and is easy access to & from the airport.

Slept really good because of the shutters. The kitchen had all the necessities, including salt, pepper and a few other spices. There also was a beach umbrella, washing machine, dish washer and cleaning stuff in the room. Towels and bed sheets were clean. Location was very good, nearby the beach and bus stops.

The bed was a little too small for 2 adults (140cm) and the room was big enough to put a 160-180 cm bed. We missed a dustpan and brush.

Our host Olga was amazing, she did everything and more to make sure we had the perfect stay. We arranged transfers with her so she even came to pick us up from the airport and drop us off. The apartment was very nice, modern, clean and well equipped with everything we could've needed. We'd highly recommend it!

The apartment was beautifully set out and decorated, and the hostess Olga was really helpful and friendly!

Olga was amazing! The apartment was spotless and well appointed! Close to the beach , great outdoor area to run, close to large Mercado. A block away from a small market as well. Right around the corner to Casa Montana which is one of the best in the city! Love love loved it!

Perfect size. Perfect location. Super clean. Very comfortable beds. Had everything you might think of. Most importantly, Olga our host was absolutely amazing. We have never interacted with someone so helpful, responsive and kind. I would recommend this place with a heart beat.

The apartment was very noisy. You could here everything other guest were doing and the front door closing was very loud (woke us up multiple times). A lot of the pictures showed a seating are, but our apartment had none. This in combination with the metro not being close (and so the city center was a bit hard to reach) made it a bit pricy.

Everything! Location. Beach. Marina. Flat walking everywhere. Nice street with wide pavements & tall date palms. Metro station at the end of the street with a direct link to the airport. There are three Valenbisi bike parks within a few minutes' walk of the apartment. Plentiful restaurants, cafes, bakeries & tapas bars nearby. The Barracart building itself is beautiful and our apartment was lovely - super clean, nice kitchen & bathroom, excellent storage, decorated to a high standard, modern, private, with beautiful shutters to darken the room. Nice, friendly people run the accommodation & keep it looking great. Easy check in and check out. It was a pleasure coming home to this apartment each day.

The airco - we couldn't figure out how to make it work. No English TV channel - Spanish only. It wasn't hot when we visited so we slept with the window open (the apartment is secure & we had no security concerns). Sometimes a little noisy in the street outside our bedroom window, however, it's not a busy street & it was quiet at night. A blue tooth speaker to play our own music - perhaps this might be useful? (this is my husband's tip).

This place is just amazing. Great room, great host, perfect communication before the stay, fantastic location. I loved that there were books about Valencia in the room and some beach gear. Great experience overall.

We really loved to stay at Barracart, Olga and her team were so welcoming, nice and helpful! The apartment is one of a kind and it’s only a short walk to the beach! We will certainly come back!

Our stay at Barracart Apartments was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, stylish and comfortable with many amenities. The host was incredible, made great recommendations and was on hand to assist at every hour. The location was also perfect for walking to the beach, awesome local restaurants and bars and is a short taxi or bus ride to the city centre. 100% would stay there again and recommend to anyone visiting Valencia.

The only thing that could have made our stay better is if we booked for longer! We didn't want to leave 😊

Good location with short distance to the beach.

We lived on ground floor with barely no natural light. At times it felt like living in a cage. As the apartment is walking distance from the beach it was inevitable to bring sand indoor, resulting in sand everywhere as there were only room cleaning Thursday and Friday (we arrived Wednesday and left Tuesday, spending the weekend at the beach). There were no equipment in the apartment to do cleaning of the floor ourselves (which at that price shouldn’t be necessary).
