Person was there to meet us. Good location. Clean.
Shower facility very small, just slotted into a space, not comfortable. Very low standard.

The bathroom was extremely small, bath was horrible. The property was unclean, floors were sticky. Bed was shaved into a closet.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist extrem gut. In 2 Minuten ist man bei der Tram 7 und in 5 Min bei der 2. Damit kann man alles anfahren. 10 Minuten zum Hafen, zum Markt, einfach Klasse. Supermarkt in 100 Meter Entfernung und es ist eine sehr ruhige Wohngegend.
Super leise Wohnung. Mit der tollen doppelten Verglasung im Sommer kühl, im Winter sicher warm.
Das Badezimmer könnte ein klein wenig Aufmerksamkeit brauchen. Es ist sauber und okay, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

L'emplacement à 10 minutes à peine de la cathédrale Uspenski et de la place du marché, à 5 minutes à peine du tramway. Accueil chaleureux, appartement avec grand salon et deux chambres au calme, cuisine équipée avec toute la vaisselle.

The location is extremely central. I walked to most places in less than 10 minutes.
They ask 30euros in cash for late check-in - it should be marked clearly in the page. They confirmed my request for late check-in the day I was traveling to Helsinki. The apartment looks nicer in the photos. The bathroom is really small. There is no bath cubicle, but a shower curtain.

The host (Antti) was very helpful, met us when we got there and helped with recommendations. The apartment is very close to the main attractions, 50 meters from a store, and the beds were very comfortable. We even got a WiFi we could travel around town with - excellent bonus!
The shower is very crowded and very basic. The kitchen is not very well equipped. The street address seems to be something the taxi drivers are not familiar with, so perhaps it would be good to look into that...
