We liked the service and view from the room. The food was awesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is far from all the traffic and noise, so we loved it. The 1st day of check-in I had requested for bed decorations to attract my Kid. They went one step above by adding balloons to the decoration. She just loved it... Would love to stay here again.

The size of the room is decent , but slightly smaller than what we expected. Since this property is not close to any restaurant or shop, it would be better if they can provide Tea or Coffee at our preferred timings. But they've fixed timings for the restaurant. Otherwise it's really good

Recieved Customised restaurant service especially for elders. My father has to eat less oily and satvik food so they even helped with jain curries. Also the service was great.

Location, staff behavior, Food quality and room decor. The view from the balcony was superb. The AC functioned really well and the room cleaning was great.

Booking is made via Booking.com. Bonita Banasura representative calls and confirms that booking will not be honoured. They don't have any rooms for that day. They lack professional ethics.
