Pool/walking path too close to the rooms and windows : difficult to have privacy without constantly having curtains closed Also it would be nice to have breakfast included

I can't think of anything because it's so wonderful here. It surprised me with unimaginable experiences. I am very satisfied with this place.

Before we arrived, they sent us useful info such as how much the taxi should cost, etc. When we were leaving, they even booked a taxi for us - They had a brochure with trekking trips available. There was a local guide who showed us beautiful places and shared lots of interesting info with us - The food was tasty - Peaceful place. - Highly recommend

Le service de blanchisserie était assez chère. Les lits étaient très très dur. L’emplacement est un peu loin de Sapa, donc il faut louer un scooter à la famille ou un taxi.

Very friendly owners, they didn't speak much English but were eager to use Google translate to make sure we reach understanding. Before we arrived, they sent us useful info such as how much the taxi should cost, etc. When we were leaving, they even booked a taxi for us - They had a brochure with trekking trips available, we booked one of the trips and it was really great. There was a local guide who showed us beautiful places and shared lots of interesting info with us - The food was tasty

The swimming pool was not available. It's understandable that something was broken and we weren't able to use it, but it would be nice to notify us before arrival, as we were really excited about the pool and it was one of the main reasons we chose this place - The bathroom could be renovated (it was clean, however) - The amount of food for breakfast was small. We had to choose one thing or pay extra for another one

Property was beautiful and in the mountains! We were able to easily organise our trekking trip via the hotel and also arrange taxis at the lowest price too and from the town! The stay also had an onsite restaurant with delicious food!

Nothing - We were far away from Sapa town however, that is the whole point of the trip!!

The views were stunning, the rooms were clean and the owners and staff were friendly and accommodating! It was also close to many walking trails

Die Aussicht war super inmitten eines kleinen Dorfes. Es war sehr ruhig und der Pool war gut. Es gibt dort sehr viele Mücken, allerdings wurde mit einem Moskitonetz über dem Bett und einem Mücken Stecker gut vorgesorgt.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt am Pool, das sehr hellhörig war. Man hörte jedes Sesselrücken vom Restaurant oberhalb. Der Abfluss beim Waschbecken war extrem laut und weckte uns in der Nacht, weil es laut zu plätschern begann und nicht mehr aufhörte. Die Familie war freundlich aber nicht sehr bemüht. Da die Unterkunft wirklich sehr abgelegen ist (30-40 Minuten nach Sa Pa), habe ich bei unserer Abreise gefragt, ob noch jemand abreist und wir uns ein Taxi teilen könnten, um uns die Kosten zu teilen. Sie wusste von niemanden etwas oder tat zumindest so. Als wir dann 15 Minuten später mit unseren Sachen nach oben kamen waren noch zwei andere da, die von der Familie den Kontakt für ein anderes Taxi bekommen hatten. Es wurden also trotz unserer Nachfrage 2 separate Taxis gerufen. Es war nicht komplett schlecht, aber nach einer 3-wöchigen Vietnamreise eindeutig unsere schlechteste Unterkunft.

It was so far to go to the Sapa City. Around 10KM and the road was not very friendly. Unfinished road. Bumpy everywhere and it hurt my shoulder cause I ride a bike.

Absolutely recommend, the family running Sau Meo are amazing people. Our rooms were right next to the swimming pool with a fantastic view of the valley. The food was amazing and we also got help in arranging guided walking tours of the area which we enjoyed a lot. My brother played a game of chess with the family's son which was fun, the family helped us with doing laundry and we got a shot of rice wine as a very friendly gesture. We felt very welcome, thank you.

The road from Sapa is poor, but you will get a tip for a good-priced taxi which was quick and worth it

It was quite and peacefull, great break from the busy city. The flowerfull garden and plants near the beautifull pool were maintained very well! Butterfly's flying arround while you're swimming just in front of your room with nothing blocking the amazing mountainview! The staff was a very friendly family who helped with everything. Like arranging your taxi and Hiking tours. The vegetables and greens came from there garden. ( Even the chicken was alive a few moments before it's on your plate. If you are in to this) Peacefull Clean Helpfull Great view And oh yeah, great food!!

loved absolutely everything, the rooms were very clean and the views from the balcony and restaurant/eating area were stunning. Having a swimming pool to use was a huge bonus as well for those really hot days. Food was excellent too and the surrounding area was incredibly peaceful. The family running this business are absolutely incredible and will help with anything, they were lovely and really made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable

The family who run this guesthouse are so lovely, really kind and helpful. we stayed only two nights, the daughter “My” pre booked us a taxi to take us up to the Homestay. when we arrived around 8pm there were on stand by ready to cook us some food which I must stay is lovely they have a great menu with lots of selection. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom it was perfect for us. The Mountain View’s are out of this world. You can book through the home stay a local tour guides around Sapa villages - there are plenty of options available.

The staff and owners we're so nice and made amazing food in their restaurant. The views from the place was great.

The rooms were a little cold and the pool is not open during colder seasons.

The location is about 30 inches from Sapa town , it is absolutely stunning, breathtaking even in the cloud and the rain. The family running the place are just beautiful people, the food is basic but filling. We both had a tummy bug whilst there (not from their food ) and they were kind enough to keep bringing us ginger tea , they were so kind . First night we had our meal at the same time as the family and we ate and drank with them and learnt lots about their people and their customs , very special. Thank you to you all for your kindness and hospitality x fantastic value for money.

Personally we found the bed a bit hard but it could also have been that we were a bit sensitive not feeling well. The bathroom had no vent and a window that was fixed . So it always smelt damp .

The owner was very friendly and nice! They helped a lot with planning activities and also offered us free drinks.

Accommodation was exceptionally clean, view from private room with own bathroom excellent. Breakfast is simple but good and sets you up for the day. 30 minute drive to the house, but you're looking at this hotel to stay out of the town and thats the best decision. Staff waited up for us at 330am to sort our taxi out from the night bus which was so appreciated. Also did option 2 of the jungle trek which was amazing. Highly recommend.

The pool is basic. It isn't fitted with filters etc that we could see so we avoided using it.

A lovely family. They are very friendly and happy. The homestay is peaceful and clean. The homestay also has some exciting exploration activities: tour trekking, traditional batik work, traditional clothes... very interesting.

1. The family's owner were incredibly friendly and hospitality. 2. The facilitis were in line with the price. It was difinitely worthy 3. The spectacular mountain view overlooking through the window is the ultimate point for the homestay I really appreciate the family for having me in the together dinner. Hope to see you next time when I come to Sapa.😊🙏

The amazing Mrs. Tsau took care of us from the first moment we arrived, we took the cheapest room, the view is amazing, excellent value for money, a restaurant with very good food and affordable prices. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The bathroom is shared, but that was because we took the cheapest room. The rest of the rooms have toilets in the room, but the toilets are definitely very clean and are flushed every day
