I am really happy with my stay at offbeat abodes.very polite and responsive staff. Delicious food. I like the river view from my room.

Location and river view

Property is well maintained and the location is perfect for relaxation. Host Manish is very polite and caring. Food is specially prepared according to guest request and is well served in a nice dining area.

Excellent stay at the property, food was tasty. The host Manish was extraordinarily careful and well versed about the region We were well attended Nice seating on the bank of the river to enjoy your evening and spent quality time.

Rooms are good, food was the best thing, though except the tea.

False information was provided initially to make us vacate the booked/confirmed room in the middle of our stay. Although, compensated financially/ apologies from the owner, for the category of room change, still felt cheated as we agreed to move as the initial reason provided was repairs, infact the room was double booked. And we had to move, as the owner for reasons best known to him preferred to oblige the other guest than us. And not to say that owner along with the other guest were enjoying the bonfire charged to us without having the courtesy/decency to ask us first. In addition, it's just river "view". We were not allowed to access the river from the property itself citing problems with neighbours. You can however, access the river by taking a short walk outside the premises. People go there for an experience and nice time with family. Owner must realise it's not simply about monetary compensation but how people are treated. People come back with a feeling and unfortunately for us, from this stay is being "cheated". And that, I would say is an understatement. I would not recommend neither discourage to go for this accomodation. I shared my experience, it's up to you to choose.

Everything in the stay is memorable. The ambience to the quality of food provided is simply awesome.

Unavailability of food menu.

Cozy cottage with spacious rooms, great food and friendly staff. Situated right next to the river makes it even more amazing. Please do try their inhouse baked sponge cakes and breads! Thank you Manish for being such a warm and caring host.
