The best part of the hotel is the location. The Town Hall Kochi Metro Station is right next to the hotel. A good number of eateries are there in the vicinity too. One juice stall is open all day and night. It's easy to call Uber/Ola to the hotel for pickup/drop and catch a taxi since the hotel is on the main road. The room was cleaned very well each day of our stay and the bathroom was spic and span. Since the hotel has rooms on multiple floors, there is also a tiny lift to carry luggage along with 2 persons at a time. That provided a lot of convenience to us. Daily 2 water bottles of mineral water were provided along with toiletries. We got the rooms at an affordable price, so we were very satisfied with the value for money of our stay in the hotel. The staff was accommodating and provided excellent service. The lady at the reception helped and agreed to let us check in early. When we ordered some food from Zomato, the staff person personally delivered it to our room after collecting the parcel from the delivery guy. After our checkout, we mistakenly left a bag at the hotel reception. One of the staff immediately called me on phone and informed me about this. We were on the way to the next destination. Due to the quick action of the staff, I was able to get back to the hotel and retrieve the bag. A big thanks and round of applause to the staff for that.

The intercom in the room was not working, so there was no way to contact reception to get assistance without actually going down and talking with them. Hot Water was not available in the bathroom even if the staff claimed that the solar water heater was installed and connected for hot water. We filled up a bucket full of water through the hot water outlet but still, all we got was cold water. Since the weather was hot in Kochi during our stay, we did not feel much chill, but in winter, this can be a problem for the guests. TV was also not working in our room. Since we did not have any time left after sightseeing throughout the day, we did not have time to watch TV. However, the TV did turn on but no signal was available or any channels visible on that. Even changing the source using the TV remote or turning on the cable box did not help.
