The View and staff were the best parts!

-The roof had leaks in our bedroom, x4 buckets needed. - all downstairs windows leaked, towels had to be layed on the floor everywhere as people were slipping over due to water on tiles. - no water in tapes or showers - Rats in x2 rooms. - general condition of villa was very bad. Owners have neglected the villa for a long period of time. Shame as it's a beautiful place.

The view was the only thing we liked, that’s the only reason we give a 6

First of all is the villa not in Selong Belanak but 30 min further!! There is no signal and when we arrived they said there is also no WiFi. so we couldn’t reach anyone. The pool was terribly dirty!! the Villa is old and poorly maintained. broken wooden floors which were dangerous and one of us had their foot open because of it. Halfway through our stay there was no running water anymore and the staff had left already early so nobody to help. The villa was dirty and the kitchen and fridge full of leftover food from previous guest or staf?!

The view is incredible, good food, beds, staff, wifi was great!! Not for everyone as a little remote but if you want relax this is your villa to go to in Lonbok. Just amazing

All the food served was delicious. The view was incredible. Helpful with organising transport and activities in advance.

Unfortunately we had a few days of large downpours which resulted in leaking roof = wet rooms!! Also times where certain foods were not available- would have been great to be told that certain dinner items were only available if you ordered ahead. Also rooms were only made up one day. Was about 30-45 mins from airport and activities but knowing that in advance we did not mind
